billions.com/shows#This is the booker for some of the acts. Looks like we've got Neko Case locked in for Sunday and Hurray for the Riff Raff locked in for Saturday.

The Sasquatch lineup has turned me onto so many great releases from 2017 that I wasn't aware of. It's a good distraction from how mediocre 2018 has been so far. I remember 2017 getting off to a really slow start too and it ended up being one of the best musical years in recent memory. So there is still hope for 2018. I think December-February are just slow months for music in general.

Adding:
Kendrick Lamar, et al - Black Panther Soundtrack Ought - Room Inside The World
Man, 2018 has been off to a really slow start musically. Maybe I’ve just been caught up listening to Sasquatch stuff, but I haven’t seemed to find nearly as many new releases to love as usual these last couple months.

OMG WTF David Byrne gets no love! Did you count a Talking Heads in his numbers or just his solo stuff? I didn't, but that's a really good observation. Most people who seek out his material are going to go for Talking Heads. I'll edit the list since it's a unique situation with him. EDIT: Fixed. That makes a lot more sense. Good call Pancakes. That's a bit more like it.

I had the whole first season on my DVR for like two years and still never got around to watching it. I still intend to watch it some day, but it's hard when there are 11 seasons of Cheers with 24 episodes each. There are like 23 Fras-centric Cheers episodes + 10 seasons worth of bullshit. www.frasieronline.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=5569Diane was Frasier before Frasier. She isn't nearly as likeable, but she has a number of lines in the first two seasons that sound exactly like things Frasier would say. I believe the writers created Frasier specifically as a male complement to Diane. He is someone who is just like her, the opposite of Sam. Also 264 episodes of Sam Malone's hair are worth watching.

Wanted to give a quick side by side of us vs Reddit: Here's reddit: Annnnnd here's us: You realize the second thing is just a copypasta that is very commonly found on reddit, right? It's still better here than on Reddit because everything here is just inherently better than Reddit.

Giving "Better Call Saul" a chance and super disappointed so far. I hate when shows force other characters in, everytime they bring a Breaking Bad character in I want to vomit. But I think I'm going to keep pushing because reviews get better for seasons 2 and 3. I had the whole first season on my DVR for like two years and still never got around to watching it. I still intend to watch it some day, but it's hard when there are 11 seasons of Cheers with 24 episodes each.

I have started and finished Stranger Things season 2, Shameless season 7, and Big Mouth all on Netflix this week. Surprisingly I enjoyed all of them more than anticipated. People really didn’t like ST S2 all that much though? That seems bonkers to me. I quite liked season 2! I think people just remembered how much they didn't like that one "Eleven Goes West" episode and projected negative feelings. Ya, that episode was pretty dumb and pointless, but the rest of the season was top notch.

I like to fuck shit up in D9 before running back to my utopic paradise in Premier I like to start a bunch of shit in D9 then run back behind the fence where the angry mob can't chase me.

So to people that have stayed at Premiere: Do you still get that libertarian paradise anarchic shitshow? Cause that's my favorite part of D9 but goddamn I could get behind a shuttle Premier peeps can wander freely through the D9 anarchy, but there are armed guards in place to keep the unwashed hordes out of the premier paradise.

"Who's Dhani Harrison?" "George Harrison's son." "Should I know who that is?" I honestly don't know how I would respond to that. I would probably just walk away and never talk to that person again. Or maybe I would put on the White Album and duct tape their earbuds in place until they get it. I also have some hope still that he will change up the setlist for a festival show. People who buy a ticket to his solo shows are probably a bit more open to the solo stuff vs a festival crowd who just knows him as "George Harrison's son."

I finally got around to listening to Dhani Harrison's album and it was a lot more synth-y than I was expecting. It wasn't bad, just not what I expected. I'm curious to see how the songs translate live because I feel like they will be better than they were on the album. What was most disappointing though, was that I looked at his recent setlists on setlist.fm and saw no George Harrison songs at all. The only cover he seems to play is The Stooges' I Wanna Be Your Dog, which is cool but While My Guitar Gently Weeps, Within You Without You, or even Savoy Truffle would put me over the moon. I understand not wanting to live in his dad's shadow, but it seems like a huge missed opportunity for him not to bust out at least one or two of his songs.

Between Bonny Bear and The National, this is going to be Crysquatch for sure, in the best way possible.

Here's his setlist from Coachella last year. If you had told me ahead of time that he would only be playing one track off of "For Emma..." then I might have skipped the set, but I'll be damned if it wasn't one of my favorite sets of the weekend. Don't worry guys, he's going to knock it out of the park no matter what he does. Obviously he'll have a much longer headlining set at Sasquatch, so it can only get better. 22 (OVER S∞∞N) 10 d E A T h b R E a s T 715 - CREEKS 33 “GOD” 29 #Strafford APTS 666 ʇ 21 M♢♢N WATER 8 (circle) ____45_____ Minnesota, WI Calgary Creature Fear Beth/Rest I wasn’t there, but I watched the live stream and when he opened with 22 (OVER S∞∞N) I almost died on my couch. 22, A Million is my favorite album of his, so I do hope he pulls heavily from it. But, like I said earlier, whatever they do is going to be incredible.

Regarding Bon Iver (SPOILERS): A user on the Bonnaroo subreddit reports that Bon Iver is splitting the shows on this tour into two 45-60 min sets. 22 A Million in full > intermission > a mix of material w/ "surprises" + an encore. I'd speculate that well get 22AM in full, maybe a short break followed by a shorter second set. Considering that he's not doing a full tour this summer (or at least he hasn't announced one yet) and his Bonnaroo appearance is billed as "2 Unique Sets", it could be that this info is directly related to Bonnaroo only. But he did just do that show where he played For Emma in full plus at least one unreleased song from that era, so who know what we'll get? Whatever it is, I'm sure it will be glorious.
