Hot Chip please, pretty please. I have always wanted them to play Sasquatch but they never do. Seeing that they will be in the US near the same time at Gov Ball gives me some hope again.

Why not Tame Impala? Every time I've seen them, they'be been amazing, and have gotten better with each show as time has passed. I saw them last month when they did their brief US tour, and the show was incredible with awesome visuals. I think it would actually make sense for them to play Squatch given the move to the Yeti stage a couple years back, which probably made a lot of people miss out on their (awesome) set. It would be similar to when the National had issues and were moved to the Yeti stage in 2008, and they came back and played the main stage in 2010.

I saw REM there in 2008. I was only a senior in high school and not super familiar with their stuff, but I thought it was pretty good for what it was. Minus the rain and cold temps. But, Michael Stipe took his shoes off and kept performing on a soaked stage. It was pretty memorable.

Does anyone else think Elbow kind of sucks? I know they are supposedly a "big" get for the festival, but I just can't get in to any of their music. The song "grounds for divorce" is alright....but really, I don't understand their appeal.

Not sure if the posters are "officially" posted yet. I don't see it on the website, fb, etc. I couldn't even navigate to it without that link. The coolest one is the Cudi poster, but I don't really want a Kid Cudi poster. If that is all of them I'll have to go with a QOTSA or Deafheaven poster. This is where I see the locker coming in best. Carrying around posters and records is the worst. And they are posted on the website, just for some reason the years are out of order and 2014 is between 2013 and 2012

In years past, they would usually put the posters up online as they are released by the artist. They usually always trickle out a few at a time, though this does seem to be a small amount for the first offering

I have no idea where to put this, or if anyone cares, but Sasquatch posted this year's version of the map....basically the same as old versions plus vegan stuff www.sasquatchfestival.com/map

Ok...ok...I'm sure Sigur Ros was much better than Empire of the Sun as well. Saw a couple songs and it looked awesome, just more of a Tame Impala fan.

Looks WAY more fun than a guy standing behind a table pressing buttons and turning knobs That's the exact video I was talking about. Not much point in having a drummer hit drums at the exact same time that the electronic noises are making beats. I'm just saying, a lot of pointless talk about whether one group is going to have their stand-in musicians, when by the time they play, everyone's minds will be blown by Kraftwerk, and there will probably be something else cool going on. I imagine after Kraftwerk having a similar reaction to Bloody Beetroots as I did when Tame Impala's amazing set ended last year. I walked over to Empire of the Sun, saw their BS gimmick for one song, and quickly realized nothing that night would beat Tame Impala and went on my merry way to the camp and my not $12 beer.

Is there really this much concern about the freaking Bloody Beetroots? They (he) are (is) pretty awful, and even if they don't have the "live" shtick, it doesn't really matter because you can't hear the drums or other instruments over the bleepy bloopy womp womp anyway. I'm sure there will be something else better at that time (Kraftwerk?)
