DRAM just announced a tour for early next year and no NW dates, I think he's pretty plausible.

Not to be a downer but that date almost certainly puts him on the not coming list. Unless you were trying to implicate that in which case sorry.

www.ultimatedenzelcurry.com/tour/definitely more of a personal hopeful over an actual possibility but I'm thinking Denzel Curry is possible, especially since his last Seattle date is November and he has a lot of traction behind him right now.

Sasquatch gets two artists usually from deck the hall ball in Seattle. This years lineup has The Head and the Heart, Empire of the Sun, Glass Animals, Jimmy Eat World, Phantogram, Band of Horses, COIN, and My Goodness. Last year we got Alabama Shakes and X Ambassadors from it, so should we expect maybe like Empire of the Sun, Band of Horses, The Head and the Heart, and Glass Animals as more likely due to them being vets that haven't been there recently and all having new music this year?

And can we get some fucking Smash Mouth? Only if it's played by Japandroids in their triumphant return, one dressed as Shrek and the other as Donkey. Farquaadcore.

Nice catch on the Deck the Halls trend in recent years. Empire of the Sun, Band or Horses, Glass Animals would all be ideal... here is to hoping.

They have a new album coming out next month. They are playing Deck the Hall Ball in December though... Over the past 5 years, there has always been at least one artist who has played Sasquatch after playing DTHB the previous December: Foals (2014), The Lumineers (2013), Mumford & Sons (2012), Grouplove (2012), Sleigh Bells (2011), and Vampire Weekend (2010). And to update this list, Royal Blood played Sasquatch 2015 after DTHB 2014. As you said, Alabama Shakes and X Ambassadors played Sasquatch 2016 after DTHB 2015. For four of the previous five years, Sasquatch had only had one artist who played the previous DTHB. If Sasquatch becomes more mainstream, that number could definitely increase.

I wouldn't be surprised seeing Glass Animals on the Bigfoot and The Head and the Heart subheading for a night. Conversely I wouldn't be surprised seeing Empire of the Sun doing a late night Bigfoot set with say Band of Horses subbing. I won't argue any of their mainstream appeal, but are these artists that far off from the traditional Sasquatch feel? I've only attended since 2013 so all of these artists seem right at home and like incredibly safe picks for both Zacks and for the ever changing demographic of Sasquatch.
