Depeche Mode is counting down to a special announcement on their website. I'm not saying they'll play, but can you imagine if they did? www.depechemode.com/Honestly, it would probably just turn out like The Cure's set from last year, but it's cool to think of what could be.

Bastille are playing WaMu in Seattle April 26, so let's consider them unlikely.

Being that this is my first year following the fall/winter rollout of Sasquatch here is this the time of year a lot of artists announce their late winter/early spring tours?

I think Bastille are the first band to announce tour dates indicating an appearance at Coachella 2017.

What's everyone think about a Bon Iver reappearance in light of the new album.

What's everyone think about a Bon Iver reappearance in light of the new album. I'd say this is good rampant speculation

Bonny Bear could easily headline again and he'd be a great get.

If Fleet Foxes return next year, do they headline? Absence makes the heart grow stronger or something like that, and they are certainly beloved in the Pacific Northwest. Plus, having them headline a night could save money to spend on two huge kid-friendly acts ala Kendrick Lamar and Lana Del Rey in 2015.

It may or may not be worth noting that Green Day are skipping the Northwest completely on their upcoming spring tour.

Hey Marseilles haven't played for a while. Being a fairly successful northwest band with a new album out I think makes them likely, regardless of hometown shows in the same time frame.

Green Day was the first band I ever saw at the Gorge, waaaay back in nineteen hundred ninety four, and I would love to see them there again. I think they may not be the most likely, but they are a possibility. The fact that their tour dates end right in line with a Coachella appearance tells me that they will probably show up in a few festival lineups this summer and I don't see why Sasquatch couldn't be one of them. Acccording to my scientific calculations, the odds of them playing are right around 9-2.

Oh well. They were a pretty long shot and probably not the best fit anyway.
