Nater's idea: bracket competition! I'm only doing this because most of us make brackets anyway (I assume) and it's super easy to start and join a group.
I created the group on ESPN.com. It's called Sasquatch Board Challenge. The password is: sasquatch. You can search for it and join, or you can post or send me your email address and I can add you. Limit two brackets.
Game on!

All the coaches for the club I coach with do a bracket pool each year, so I actually have to take the time to do some research so I dont look like a tool. So basically... I'm going to be blowing myself. Fuck.

Nick suggested that I suck his dick. I told him I didn't think it was funny. When a heterosexual man suggests another heterosexual man should "suck his dick," it is meant as an insult. When you use something fairly common in the gay community as an insult, it implies being gay, or doing gay things is also insulting. And that is not funny. It's offensive. I don't know where empty was going with his reply, but he made it sound like "suck my dick" coming from a gay man would be less offensive. I guess it could be spun into "irony" or "flirting." I don't know nick, but know a lot of you do, so I (maybe incorrectly) assumed the latter was the case. Considering all the comments were deleted, I'm back to my original assumption that nick made an inappropriate "joke." |
