Good call. SZA was already on my list of "likely for no good reason, but still seen likely anyway" artists. She fills a similar spot, but would be cheaper to book than say a Halsey or Lana. She definitely seems plausible. And judging by her placements at Buku and Hangout, I'd guess either sub-sub-headliner (~6:15 main stage) or Bigfoot headliner. But also, I still wouldn't count out Lana as a headliner.

Back to some rampant speculation (sorry): [rampantspeculation]According to this Instagram post, SZA and PUP were among Zacks' favorite shows of 2017. Both have tour dates next year, including two already announced festival dates for SZA, one of which is Hangout... hmmm... [/rampantspeculation]Okay, you can go back to shitposting now.

I could see them possibly playing Bottlerock Memorial Day a la Tom Petty last year. The professor is very wise.

On Tuesday, I PM’ed Pea asking if I was over-reacting by thinking information should be banned if he doesn't provide evidence to support his claims. Pea responded, “I say we let it play out. It's solid entertainment and drives up the hype. We'll see what happens, but overall I’m just kind of over the guy so I don't care either way haha” Pea’s level-headed response calmed my (it turns out rightly-placed) anger. PEA, YOU SAUCY BASTARD

He showed up when everyone was pissed about the lineup announcement last year and tried to be positive about it. He got told to fuck off and Pea changed his username/avatar to Fart, but he took it like a champ and powered through and became something of a folk hero for it. He's one of us now. Thanks! I guess I've blocked out the days surrounding the lineup announcement from my memory?

I feel like I've read most (if not all) posts on this board for the last six and half years, but somehow don't remember the hubbub around fart. Can someone please refresh my memory?

Once again, I PM'd you. I realize you haven't answered any of my messages since the night your last lineup prediction went to shit, but your best bet is to share at least a little insider info with someone here if you want to stick around. I responded to your message. Pea, the suspense is killing me!

I thought this would be fun to do again but I can see nobody is really interested, so I guess I'll see myself out. My dude, We all love your work in delivering us Sasquatch 2016's lineup. You allowed beartrap to confirm your work in 2016, but would not share your strategy for 2017. We misplaced our trust in you and blindly followed your Sasquatch 2017 "leak," which turned out to be wrong. You now expect us to listen to you again. If you want this board to listen to you again, share your method with the board. Of course, it should not be public, but a simple private message to an established board member (including Professor Pancakes, who has already PM'ed you) will suffice! If you're not willing to do that, do not expect respect here, and please kindly fuck off. Sincerely, Sasquatch! Music Festival

I just listened to Logic's top 5 songs on Spotify and fucking hope information is trolling us again... but also wouldn't be surprised if he ends up as the top-billed "hip-hop" act.
