For all the skateboard enthusiasts! Some of the Vancouver Manwolfs dressed up and tore up Leeside on Halloween. Great video but what makes it better is the Death Grips!

I has $200 saved up toward a new tattoo I wanted to get this spring, but my last monthly commision check ended up being almost exactly $200 less than normal. SO GOOD FUCKING BYE TATTOO FUND. FUCK. That sucks. The ol' tattoo fund jar seems to always be the one that gets dipped into too much. Any idea of what you were going to get?

I think I remember seeing somewhere that your from Calgary? If so, I would recommend James Tex at Deadly Tattoos, or Steve Peace at Immaculate Concept. Let the tattooer draw it up, having someone who isn't the person tattooing it won't help you any because the tattooer will make it their own anyways and fix whatever needs to be fix so it will lay right on your arm or body. James Tex is definitely the best Calgary has. He didn't do my sleeve, but I want him to do my next one. He's usually booked up a year in advance and he'll turn down ideas he doesn't like. Agreed. Positively worth waiting for if he'll tattoo your idea, like you said Shaxspear- he only tattoos subject matter that he's into, definitely a right he's earned. One of the perks of being great at something, choosing when to do it and which one's you want to do. You on his wait list? I've got a few spots left on me I have been saving. Next up is Adam Guy Hays (once this back piece is finished). Then hopefully Uncle Allan... long way to travel for that one though

Not yet! Over the next bit I want to put together a compilation of album artwork and have that start going up my right arm, and then probably all over. I just need to find someone to draw it because I don't have any artistic ability.

The back piece is a work in progress still. This is about 2 sessions (10 hours) into it. It covers from shoulder to mid- thigh, full Japanese back suit. I don't have a more recent photo yet but I'm about 20+ hours into it now.

Thought I'd revive this topic. It's been nearly a year since a post so I'm sure a lot of you have some new tattoos. I'm a pretty heavily tattooed dude so Dr. Garbanzoured I'd put a few pics together to get the ball rolling again. This one was a finalist in the Two Dollar Tattoo Challenge- The tattoo needed to be done with a single needle and smaller than a Twoonie. Here's a few more of mine.

For those with past experience w/ Squamish, how quickly does it sell out? And how quickly does camping & "glamping" sell out? it falls on the same weekend as Shambhala (last year there was only a one day cross over) That is what I was referring too.

Personally, I'd expect sales to be a little slower because it falls on the same weekend as Shambhala (last year there was only a one day cross over), but you never know. Anything can happen. They will be offering a limited number of $99 tickets this Monday for a short period, if you're planning on going you should jump on that.

Haha, fair enough. Too bad, I had a sweet trade lined up for ya ;-) Anyways, I'm always down for hockey so if the league expands next year and you need someone, count me in.

Just thought I'd throw it out there, if you ever need a replacement manager hit me up. I'm heavily involved in hockey pools, both as a participant and commissioner. I have everything from standard pools to Dynasty teams on the go right now and am always up for more. Very active manager. On a side note, HEY EMPTYFOX- are we in a pool together?? In a Yahoo Fantasy league I am in (Hart's Hat Trick) there is a team with the same name as yours (I think it's yours) "Don't Toews Me Bro"... small world if we are!

I don't have the ability to even fake taking criticism as well as him. Maybe he is my alter ego. Hahaha. Umm, thank you? I guess? That's the closest I've come to a compliment around here so I'll take it.
