Primus 3D is a spectacular experience. For most of the first set I was in awe with the the 3D visuals matched with the extended jam sessions they did with each song. The second set was super high energy crazy moshing. I hardly remember the visuals during the second set. At one point the 3D glasses on my face were shattered to pieces so quickly that I didn't even have time to flinch. Lucky I had a second pair in my pocket, not that I had much use for them at that point.
Primus has a poster series, and every show has a unique poster. This is the Missoula poster for tonight. Am I missing something, is this some kind of artistic statement, or does it seem really random? Is it cool enough to pay $50 - $60 for?

Airwave is a good example of somebody that still makes trance. This is a recent release from soundcloud. Above & Beyond are definitely kind of more progressive house than trance anymore. Or what some people like to call trouse.
There's gotta be demand for it if they keep throwing them! I sure as hell am not going to one of those standard cookie cutter festivals with tiesto and a bunch of trance music, but there must be enough people who will.
I think you are confusing pop house with trance. I don't don't think you know what real trance is. Most of the shit at those festivals is more house than trance, even if they try to label it trance.

Tiesto, Above and Beyond, Golfwang Wartner......pretty good!
I saw a poster for this earlier. That's a pretty good lineup. I haven't seen Andrew Rayel on very many lineups. He is a great producer, and the recorded sets I've heard sound pretty good. Krewella should be at the bottom of that poster, they have succeeded in making dubstep music that is super cheesy and generic even by cookie cutter dubstep standards.
