Bassnectar and Skrillex played both festivals 2 years ago, and Pretty Lights played both last year.

I'm so pissed the show is on a weeknight. Vancouver's is the Wednesday... ugh... Yeah boys noize on a Tuesday just doesn't seem right. Zachs books the Neptune right? Hopefully this is a foreshadow for a boys noize return to sasquatch.

It wouldn't be Black Friday if you weren't broke at the end of the day. Well ain't that the truth! MERICA! Everything I've bought today is festival/concert related and I couldn't be more stoked.

115 including fees. I wouldn't be surprised if they will be 150 before fees after all the pre-sales are sold out. It seems like that's what USC tends to do w/ all these big massives nowadays.

I have always wanted to go to a concert on New Year's Eve, and Burrito Jr. (that's what you guys called my brother, right?) has just informed me that while I am visiting my family for an extended holiday stay in Albuquerque, we have the option of escaping to Colorado for a choice of 2 bands, each playing 1 individual venue Dec. 29, 30 and 31st, or what the pros like to call "the ultimate threepeater". The problem is that I have regrettably never listened to either of the bands, but we need to decide now. STS9 or the String Cheese Incident? I hear they both put on renowned shows, but what say you Sasquatch board; which of these bands do y'all think I would dig more? STS9 all the way!

Paradiso is 2 days now. Last year was a blast to say the least and I was blown away with the production USC brought to the Gorge. I can't wait to go again! Probably going to buy presale tickets on Friday cause I'm sure these will cost an arm and a leg once they are at their normal price come March.

Yeah you are probably right. I liked them surprisingly a lot more than I thought I would've at Paradiso.

A mutual friend of Pea and I's said that Portishead, Knife Party, and the Mau5 will be at Squatch '13. He's definitely got the connections to make these types of calls, and has been right in the past. Guess we'll see. I approve of this message. Obviously Portishead and Deadmau5 will headline 2 of the nights, but I wonder where Knife Party will be? Before the mau5 on EDM friday? Or late-night on the bigfoot? Or closing out the Banana Shack? Either way I am stoked if this is true!

That Turbonegro vs. Black Moth Super Rainbow conflict is brutal.

I know plenty of people where that was their first time seeing him and they love him now. oh and here is a new nectar mixtape... New PL track from his upcoming album. Oooooh man when he played this in Eugene... Speechless. This is Derek talking about the production of "So Bright." "All the samples used in the track are from self composed one of a kind vinyl pressings. There is a short documentary to be released soon about the making of this upcoming PL album because it was a very unique and laborious process." edit: Just like all of his music, you can go to his website and download this track for free. www.prettylightsmusic.com/#/downloads
