Does anyone remember if there were any adds last year? I can only remember Lauryn Hill dropping out, lol.

They added Jay Chanderanski and G-Eazy pretty much right before the festival, but other than that I can't really recall many adds.

Further research indicates that Chance the Rapper, Randy Newman and Justice were added like a month after the line up came out. I'm sure there will be a couple additions at some point, but I wouldn't expect anything major (even though I would be thrilled if they added someone to poop J. Cole from the headliner spot).

J. Cole is poop worthy.

As in, my poop is more worthy of a headliner spot?

Guessing Big Sean and Jeremih will be added seeing as he listed as touring with J Cole the days before and after the dates he is at Pemberton. By the looks of it, he will be playing Thursday night so not a big deal to come in late.

Glowpocalypse @ Pemberton potential? I want to either Glopocalypse or inflatable party for Matt and Kim depending on what time if day they are. I really just want them to be my friends...

I'd like to do something like that for them as well. And Chromeo, of course.

Day by day line up. Blue artists are new adds. MIA and Cheech and Chong are out it seems. Ludacris, Broken Social Scene, chune Yards, Alice Ducking Cooper and Nick Offerman are all pretty damn stellar adds.

Based on that it looks like they're making Thursday a full day of music this year. Kinda means people would need to set up camp on the Wednesday night. I wonder if many people were planning on getting there later Thursday, thinking they'd only miss a couple bands, and now they're pissed that they're missing a bunch of their favourite acts?
Also, looks like if you don't like EDM or hip hop, Sunday might be a sparse day.

Last year we were spoiled with no conflicts. Sundays schedule got changed so I could go from St Vincent to Modest Mouse to Outkast to Frank Ocean. I don't think something that amazing will happen this year but it's going to be a hell of a time. Those fires need to fuck off, because people are wanting this festival to shut down.

I still had a bunch of conflicts last year. I still maintain the sets I missed at Pemberton due to conflicts would have made up a better festival than what I saw at Squamish. Saturday is already giving me anxiety about all the things I'm going to miss. I'm pretty sure they could break that into 2 separate days and I'd still be running around like a crazy person trying to see everything.

I haven't been to Pemberton before but I understand the travelling in can be a gamble. Just curious about a couple of things...
What's the traffic like getting into the parking lot? How far is the walk from the campsite to the venue? Finally, and forgive me if I'm wrong, but I understand you have to park and walk all your shit in to your campsite...how far is that walk?

They're completely changing it this year. Used to be brutal, but is supposed to be a lot better this year. Than again, they said the same thing last year and it was still a shit show.
In 2014, it took us very little time to park, and about an hour to hike all of our shit in, but we got there in the evening on Friday and were camped in founders which was right at the gate. So it probably took some much much longer.
