OK, Rusty, nater and davers have facebook invites. I'll let zombie know as well. Gibbons and wonk, I've sent email invites to you guys. Gibbons, send your father in law's too.
Draft Sunday at 7 PST if that works for everyone. League starts Monday 10/14. Top four go to playoffs in weeks 24 and 25.

I can change it. We have a full week to do the draft since it doesn't start until the 14th. Would 8 work better? Or another day?

Is it possible for another day? By the time I walk home it's usually just after 8...so it's pretty close. If that day works best for everyone I can just book it home, and it should be ok. Totally up to you guys.

I could even do 8:15/8:30 and pretty much any weeknight evening works as well. So I'll leave this to the rest to discuss.

What's the deal with PIM? Are penalties good again? I always hated that stat last year, why would you want your guys to get penalties?

We don't have to do PIM. I'd still like to keep 10 categories. Take a look at the list I posted on page 27. What would you rather have? Maybe hits?

Many mistakes made by Canadians:
1. F.igure out who wants to play in a fantasy league multiple weeks before the season starts. Most of us don't care about hockey, so we don't know when it starts.
2. Create the league before the season starts, not a couple days after.
3. Once the league is created, give people at least a week to join in case they don't read the internet every day, or they are on vacation, or both.
4. Don't have the draft on a Sunday in case people are out of town.
Hey guys, I'm back from vacation. Looks like I missed out on the league. Have fun crowning a new board champ. It would have been embarrassing losing to me two years in a row anyway.

If no one can be bothered to answer the initial question for a week before the start of the season (not weeks), don't be surprised when it has to be thrown together last minute. Why would I go to the trouble of creating a free league for people that aren't interested? Especially when I'm already commishing a paid league.
Word got to you by email as well as text message. You made your own decision, so don't act like a martyr about it.
