Ha! You must be kidding. Chelsea won game 1: 1-0 in England... The 2nd aggregate was played in the fucking Camp Nuo- 90,000+ of the worst/ most irritating Spanish fans in the world... Chelsea were down to 10 men after the 39th minute!.. And then quickly down 2-0. Right before the break, Chelsea scored a goal cutting it down to 2-1 (but leading the aggregate score of 2-2 -- away goal rule). The second half was all Barcelona. Literally ALL Barcelona! Messi even MISsED a penalty!!!! Then in the 90th minute, torres somehow actually hit the back of the net instead of the side of it - sealing the win on aggregates. This was an insane game. Damnit! Ok that does sound exciting. The score itself didn't tell much of a story I guess haha. Fair enough... The day drinking helped my enjoyment.

I only caught the dumb ass Terry foul at lunch break. What an exciting game though. Wish I could have seen it all.

I'm going with the Netherlands I love you, Friendly. Naturally, I'll also be cheering on my beloved Oranje --- but I'm still a skeptic. We haven't won anything since the '88 european cup (Marco van Basten!!!) and seeing that once again we're in the Group of Death, it's gonna be a touch road. I do see it coming down to the Dutch or the Germans, however. Spain has a shot, obviously - but I think (hope) they'll get knocked early in a massive upset... there's usually at least one of these every Euro Cup. England certainly have the talent - but they also have the unique ability at finding new and inventive ways for self-destructing despite all of it. My dark-horse for the tournament is France. Seeing that they were completely humiliated two years ago, I see them putting in a much improved effort. My predicted final is... Netherlands/Germany vs France

Today is the day....for the Sounders to get their first MLS win against the Galaxy. Even though I have to give my tickets away (again...) I will be rooting like a mad man on my DVR of the game. I am guessing Pea will be there, have fun and GO SOUNDERS!

Beckham and Keane didn't make the trip to Seattle tonight, so Landycakes will have to wok extra hard tonight LA's starting keeper checked into drug rehab this week as well, so he won't be there either. If we've ever had a solid chance at beating those Hollywood fucks, it's today!

to the mls fans how is keane doing? About what you'd expect from a former star in the twilight of his career. He can still punch in some goals, but I wouldn't exactly call him a clutch player for LA. And yea man that Cisse goal was out of this world. Luck definitely had a bit to do with it, but it was still unbelievable.

These final two Premiership games are going to be insane! Have a look at the four teams vying for 3rd and 4th place... What's craziest here is... Should Chelsea finish in 5th or 6th overall (because they probably won't finish in 4th) but win the 2012 Champions League final against Bayern Munich, they'll be given the Premiership's 4th 2013 Champions League spot - essentially, booting the team that finishes 4th overall out of the 2013 Champions League campaign. Shitty. Of course, if they lose the Final, then none of it really matters. Naturally, here's how I want things to play out... 1. Arsenal win their next two games, securing the top three spot. 2. Tottenham loses their next two games... and then every game they ever play thereafter. 3. Newcastle ties one and loses the other, giving Newcastle the top four spot. 4. Chelsea loses the Champions League final... and then please see #2.

He's certainly on the decline but still not old, really, even for a player who started at 17. Like in the NBA people think Tony Parker is old. He's 29. Or Dirk, who's 31.

Twilight doesn't come at any certain age. When you're floating among multiple teams in only a couple years, you're most certainly on your way out. *cough* Freddie Ljungberg *cough*

Yeah he's probably in his twilight. I just think it's crazy how young that happens. Like, in five years I'll be 31, and I hope nobody says I'm in my twilight, I haven't even figured my shit out yet.

I love to hate Man U for no good reason
