with Vampire Weekend, it doesn't really come down to how hyped their album is. They have released two 30 minute albums and a single or two. They would literally have to play every track they have to fill a typical headline time slot. thats what they had to do at the block party a couple years ago, and I think they played two covers.... As long as I never hear them butcher ruby soho again ill be happy

That was just the initial lineup folks. Expect more on Ear Candy tomorrow in the a.m. along w/analysis of the lineup. -earcandyblog not sure what to really expect... I think what he's saying is that they had em on a screen (apparently) and that they'll have more to show on the poster/the site. I wouldn't expect more than that in terms of bands, although it would be awesome.

Well, the lineup looks decent but I think I'm gonna pass on tickets and try to win some instead. I seem to have the killer instinct with end contests.

They could set up Surfer Blood and then announce lineup though. Yeah, some radio host or Adam Zacks or someone could come out and do it as they introduce Surfer Blood

No lineup yet, but the music they've been playing between bands could be a clue: MGMT, Band of Horses, LCD Soundsystem, Vampire Weekend.

Isn't Garfunkel and Oates those two girls, one of which was Ted's gf on Scrubs?
