Maybe this year they will do an all acoustic Sasquatch and the headliner will be James Taylor and special guests Cher.

I think they just need to get a charter jet from Australia for Empire of the Sun, Dr. Don Don, The Avalanches, Grafton Primary, Midnight Juggernauts and for good measure Iva Davies and AC/DC.

I don't know if it has been noted, but Depeche Mode is booked tight in a European tour in May with with a show in Slovakia on May 25 and back to back shows at O2 May 28 & 29. They are likely out. In about 10 days Primavera Barcelona 2013 will be released (May 22 - 26) but they have confirmed Blur will be there.
As well, Whitesnake is booked with Journey all through May in the UK. (Sorry, I know you were all interested in that Journey - Whitesnake - Kiss magic trifecta.)
On the upside KISS has the month open on their bookings.
So I think it is safe to say Blur and Depeche Mode are out, but we still might be able to have the Kiss Army invade George, though without Whitesnake and Journey.

Camping Gear suggestions –
Be like Santa: Make a list. Check it twice.
I also like to use the hinged lid storage boxes like the Sterilite 19148006 and mark them with a large maker with words like: FOOD; COOKING; PARTY SUPPLIES I am retentive enough that I tape a list on each box of what is in the box, like: 3x cans refried beans; 3x pouches tuna; can opener; box of instant hot cocoa; graham crackers…. Of course I use this system year round and have it set up so I can kick off early on a Friday and do not have to get ready for camping.
Pack lots of Clif Bars (or your favorite equivalent.) Crashing from starvation at 3:00 PM sucks.
For me my main meal each day was in the festival, look for something reasonable like a veggie burrito with brown rice so you don't hate yourself 2 hours later with that Yucky-Soba hits your colon. The only real meal I cooked was breakfast. I would have a nice breakfast, then a light snack at night when I got back (something EASY to fix).

The web pages talks about -
"If you choose to upgrade to Premier, Terrace or Bigfoot camping, or Star parking, there will be an additional charge and separate ticket for those options."
I know what Premier and Terrace are, but what is "Bigfoot camping?"
When I bought my tickets I did not see that option.
** The web page also states "Your 4 day Sasquatch Festival Pass is inclusive of general camping and day parking." Thus general camping aka 'the great unwashed masses,' is clearly not "Bigfoot camping."
Only possible option I can see is Gold RV camping. Thoughts? Anyone know?
