This may be the most impressive thing ever posted by HG. Said the guy with 52 posts. <---- Says 53 .

And I only thought I knew the meaning of the word 'rampant.'

The local radio station has announced they will have a pre-sale for Sasquatch tickets. I am sure radio stations in all regional markets will. But just an FYI.
As well, there is a Citi Card presale: Tue, 02/05/13 10:00 AM PST End: Fri, 02/08/13 10:00 PM PST

Black Sabbath has a new album that will drop in April produced by Rick Ruben and has an Ozzfest in Japan May 11-12. No US tour dates announced. They will be "touring as much as we're able" according to www.lommi.com It would be interesting to be sure.

I think the last thing this place really wants is to be legitimized. How far have we fallen already? This may be the most impressive thing ever posted by HG.

Hooray! Yeah, life's pretty good living in a place where it's considered socially acceptable to both drink syrup for breakfast and wear all-denim outfits to weddings. I loved that movie where Sasha Baron Cohen pretended to be from Canada. That was hilarious.

Yall do realize, #1 Zacks doesn't read this board and has specifically stated one of the reasons he does not is because he does not want it to influence who plays; #2 The weekend is fully booked and has been for a bit. Might as well have a petition for free beer.

Mumford and Sons live is much better than on the radio. The guys are dynamic and really amp it up. Something about a lead singer that also drums seems to make a live band better. The are overplayed. I have seen them live. But I would see them again at Sasquatch.

Maybe Zacks will have The Lonely Island do a show. Would be a good Sasquatch fit and they have announced a new album for 2013.

I think there is at least a decent chance The Thermals will be at Sasquatch this year. New album announce and coming out soon, and they are from the northwest. My title is in jeopardy!

While it sounds more convoluted that it is, you can also contact the UPS store or one of the “Mail Box” stores in Ellensburg (or elsewhere) to arrange for receiving, then order your gear online to be shipped to a specific address for pickup. Order for delivery 2 days early, show up, and your tent, sleeping bag, air mattress and whatever is there waiting for you at the Mail Box store. Other bits and pieces you can probably get at Fred Meyer.

Dollar store Glow Paint on your canopy will also offer the excellent luminesce radius of your eyeballs actually touching the Dollar store glow paint. It works better if you apply the paint directly to your eyeball. If you use enough you get Superman / Laser vision.

What do you need lighting for? Just seeing your way around? Reading? LED's are generally the most efficient. For lumens / $ it is hard to beat the propane or white gas lanterns. Two of those on posts should provide plenty of light for a two or three tent camp. For under a canopy, there are some battery powered LED's on strings that work great. Just search "LED Camp lighting" on Amazon.

Am I the only one who thinks She & Him is boring as fuck? God damn, that set in 2010? Zooey Deschannel looked SO uncomfortable I think they would be great at a small venue. But out in the open Zooey just fades away. Her singing does not hold up to ..ohh look, there’s grass under my toes... I mean she can’t hold your focus when ... hmmm that breeze is nice, I wonder who is playing on that other stage….

.... does this mean there will hordes of kids running around in Plague Doctor / Feathery Steam Punk outfits? Or is that just at Fever Ray shows?

She & Him announced a tour starting in June today for a new record. They're pretty much a lock right? I hope not... They are nice in a small venue, but with the whole open air festival thing and they wash out. Waste of time and stage space.
