I liked his music before the video, now I like the person. Even more excited!

Yeah, those cards tend not to work between states, I really doubt they'd work internationally.

Few days late, but Lupe Fiasco played the Boise State University Spring Fling...FO FREE. Was pretty entertaining; he has a some pretty commendable stage presence. He's so much fun live and he's one of my favorite musicians. I know Macklemore played a show with him, was that the one?

I saw Jane's on the NIN-JA tour and even though I love NIN and don't care about JA, Jane's Addiction definitely put on the better show. Their live show is amazing, I'd go again.

Rage is playing a show in LA with Rise Against, Muse, Lauren Hill and Immortal Technique. It's possible.

Would someone witnessing their first Flaming Lips show be better served enjoying it from the hill or from the pit? Its better to get up close and drown in the confetti. That's my plan.

Yeah, I spent last year working with a lot of mothers who got pregnant in their teens and now I'm very happy every time it's reaffirmed that I don't have a child.
The idea of my toes being bare while I'm in the pit terrifies me. I haven't forgotten the way people went insane during MGMT last year. My poor little toesies.

And happy not-a-mother's day to all those who are happy not being moms!

I totally know where that secret DJ set was! It was at Low End Theory in Los Angeles. He just did it again this Wednesday.

They probably ask for the credit card information you used to purchase the ticket.

If your friend, Jesse, bought his ticket from Ticketmaster have him call them and tell them it was stolen and try to get them to reprint them.

While back on topic, does anyone want me to bring any canadiana treats? (ie: ketchup chips, dill pickle chips, Alan Thicke) One Growing Pains era Alan Thicke, please. Also, if you can get Donald Sutherland, that would be swell.

I think it's the best. Not only are they completely not irritating like a lot of people my age tend to be, it gives me hope for my future. I can't wait to be a total mom at shows when I'm older.

Brett Dennen is a ton of fun live! He's a surprisingly good dancer. If that's one of the shows where Dawes is opening, I highly recommend catching them as well.

Good point and there are a lot of spots. If you're sticking around for a while, you should think about heading down the coast and then to Central Oregon. My friends and I camped around Bend last year it was a blast.

You should see if inthecolumbiagorge has any spare tents left, she had offered to bring them to the campgrounds for anyone that needed. And, welcome! Seconded. I'm borrowing a tent and mattress from her. From what I can tell, she's a ridiculously nice lady. Although, I ended up borrowing a bunch of stuff for last year as well but after you go to Sasquatch you definitely become addicted. You're probably going to want to go next year and so camping supplies may be a worthwhile investment.
