Any thoughts on how many artists might be playing "the tent"? Seeing as its going to share the comedy tent and last year the comedy tent last show was at 6:30? Maybe 3 DJ's/Artists playing 45 minute sets. I wouldn't see them playing at the same time as headliners, but who knows? Also as stated many times before, Said tent will need to be way bigger than last year. There were always ludacris lineups to get in. Capacity on the tent last year anyone?

Did anyone notice that there's one invisible user on the site? What the shit does that mean?

tis what i thought as well. Maybe because they kept the lineup such a good secret. I do remember in previous years that the website would go up with the early conformations?

This is not the lineup. Not even close. I just put a bunch of bands together that could plausibly come because it fit with their schedual and itineraries.

Zoom969, Those are some good wish's. Don't know this will destroy you. I'll check em out. As for the other thread on the pop punk bands. I am not going to dispute your "inside knowledge" as i don't have any. and i know the world is going thru that little thing called an economic crisis. All i'm saying its kinda strange to deviate from the Sasquatch formula so much. Not complaining all that much. I used to enjoy Yellow Card and RJA to a certain extent. It just seems to me that the reception that a band like Simple Plan wouldn't get the friendliest reception let alone a big crowd. There's not a lot of teeny boppers that attend. But maybe thats what Live Nation and Adam Zacks are trying for? I believe that The Gorge would actually have something to say about the type of lineup. They dont want the Quatch taking to many Warped Tour fans away.

I kinda agree with "greenman" in the sense that people are starting to get uppity because there is no info. Its kinda infuriating. I literally go to my 8 hour shift as a chef and get mad at things because of Sasquatch. Must... Keep..positive. As for theCure102 I don't think it was nescessarily better last year. Just a little more personable. Quartermass I support you 100%. HOW BOUT THIS? We inendate ADAM Zacks Facebook inbox with. GIVE US SOME HINTS MESSAGES. Whats the worst he'll do, change the privacy on his settings? Its not like he's going to shut the festival down?

Red Jumpsuit didn't book last year and they had the dates open, And last I heard Yellowcard has broken up. consequenceofsound.net/2008/04/29/no-more-yellowcard/ and interview which i can't find online right now but with Alternative Press magazine. That Simple Plan is taking a break after their current year long world tour which hit pretty much every continent except Australia (Which they're big in by the way.) I remeber it specifically stating that and if you want further proof look for their CBC interview during the All-Star game. They said the exact same thing. Lets get some source checkers in this piece before we start just typing random ass stuff? Feeder is the only plausible act out of all of them and even thats a stretch.

Now don't get all excited by the "Thread Heading". I'm just curious to know when it changed from '07 to '08 last year? Or hoping they haven't pulled what they did in '06 to '07 and change the domain name completely?

cbatson, I see where your coming from with the comments on Byrne and Costello. especially Byrne. But form 4 years experience at the Gorge it just seems that people are more inclined to enjoy Bands from mid to late 80's to present rather than an artist that was at their popularity peak in the late 70's early 80's. I know Byrne probably won't be there. But Adam Zacks STG job booked him early this springs so that is the reason for his inclusion. As for Costello, many have creep Adam Zacks Facebook profile and it has Costello as one of his favorite artists. Now thats not to say thats guarenteed at all either but if he were to play Sasquatch i am positive he would not headline ever, ever! As for Monday and Saturdays lineup being switched i could dig that. You should mention that to the sasquatch organizers. Cause last year Saturday was (once again in my opinion) the weakest day. Modest Mouse were awesome and so was Beruit even after being slotted so shitty. And Destroyer( Dan Bejar) set rocked and it was cool to see him with the new Pornos later. BUT and thats a huge BUT. REM were very (lets play every song at the same tempo) blah. The National i heard put on a great show but i missed it cause they did an hour and a half sound check. MIA got the crowd going but not me. Even Kayne takes his glasses off. I am still curious if that was actually her. She did end up cancelling later dates in Europe last summer. She's a head case! Fleet Foxes put me asleep twice and what I caught of the Breeders was just so 1995. Give me Jamie Lidell, Ghostland, Yeasayer, Battles, Kinski, and the Flaming Lips anyday of the year!
