I'm sure they'll be played in Calgary shortly given the fact that the show was presented by X92.9. Great "first" single to choose! It's my favorite song on that album, followed by "North Star".

I was going to buy a ticket for A Perfect Circle in Portland but when I went to check the price I found out they are close to $70 per ticket!
I'm sorry but that really pisses me off. The band only has 2 real albums. Don't get me wrong, I love everything that Tool and A Perfect Circle have done but I am getting tired of Maynard thinking he is some holier-than-thou rock god. They would never be able to ask that price if he wasn't the singer. Sorry, I just needed to vent this.

They can ask that price because there are people that believe he is a holier-than-thou rock god but they won't get that price from me. If everyone was logical then they couldn't ask that price. I would be just as pissed if Bright Eyes was asking that price.

Maynard is a pretentious douche. I said it. Hate me all you want for saying it but I have developed a hatred for that guy in the past couple years.

Maynard was calling himself a pretentious douche before anyone else was.

Speaking of SOAD, anyone else going to the seattle show?

No, I considered it, and than decided against it based on the price tag. I would really love to go to one of the APC shows though, and would drop the $70 + road trip money in a heartbeat.

Speaking of SOAD, anyone else going to the seattle show? Oh yes. I opted for lower level seats next to the stage. Came to $120 for two.

Ah. Thanks for that... Damn Live Nation App still doesn't have it listed... For the Kent show anyways... I was beginning to think it wasn't a ticketmaster event.... Shit, these tix will be hard to nab during work hours if I have to use an actual computer...

I don't even see the ShoWare Center as a listed Venue on that app...Wtf? Weird.
EDIT: From The ShoWare Center site:
A Perfect Circle A Perfect Circle
All ages.
"Thursday, June 30, 2011 @ 8:00PM
Prices*: GA Floor ** - $45.00 Reserved Seat - $38.50 8 ticket limit per person.
No cameras, no recording devices. * Prices do not include $2.00 facility fee per ticket. ** The Floor is a standing GA area, no seats or seating assignments. Limited capacity."
Yeah... I don't think they even do business with Ticketbastard...
Don't blame the band, Switchy. Blame Ticketbastard for their service fees!
