Bizarre, it looks like the elviscostello.com announcement has changed. That White River Amphitheater date wasn't there this morning, and now it's missing the Red Rocks Amphitheater date. They're still missing a Portland gig. This tour would be perfect for Edgefield.

Y'all are getting the Dipset reunion tour. Date and venue TBD but I think they announced that they're playing Seattle, Portland, and Vancouver.

Replacements ticket purchased!!! Fuck. I completely spaced and didn't get one before it sold out. Might have to give in and get a ticket from a scalper or something.

Fucking magical. The combination of his band and the symphony was seamless and the acoustics of Benaroya Hall are incredible. He played a ton of stuff from his entire catalog too, not just the new album. Full house, standing ovation. I haven't been that emotional at a show since Neutral Milk Hotel.

Just got home from seeing Elliott Brood. What a fucking incredible show. I've seen them 5 or 6 times and they never fail to disappoint. I do believe that they played Sasquatch in maybe 2013, so maybe someone on here knows what I'm talking about.
I also saw The Tragically Hip last week and it was a great show as well. They played Fully Completely front to back, which is pretty stellar for the Can Con audience on here.
Pretty slow right now for me in terms of upcoming shows. I've got Dan Mangan with Hayden in March, Sled Island in June...AND THEN MOTHERFUCKING RUSH in July!!!!!!
I'm sure that more will roll in as the weeks/days go by.

Do you want to know the ending before you see a movie? Why not be surprised?

Do you want to know the ending before you see a movie? Why not be surprised? I wanted to know if I'd need to drink extra beers to enjoy the show. (I didn't)

Anyone hitting the Sandrider/Kinski show tonight? Damn, wish I would have checked the board before the show. Did you end up going? I was there. Sold out show! That was pretty sweet. My wife is 8 1/2 months pregnant so we were in the very back and the Neumos staff gave her a seat. It kind of sucked in the sense of not being able to see the show but it sounded great. Blood Drugs is new to me. I love their track off of the Seattle Noise Vol. 1 compilation and when they played that one I got super into it. I think I would have enjoyed the set more if I knew more of their songs ahead of time. Kinski was fucking awesome. They opened with the "Beyond In Touch With My Feminine Side" and I about peed my pants out of excitement. That is my favorite track of the year so far. They also had a friend from Sweden hop on for the last song. I guess he happened to be passing through. Sandrider was rad as always. We moved up to the merch booth for that set. It was pretty fun watching the crowd go nuts. Would have liked to meet ya. Next time!

I missed Blood Drugs but Kinski and Sandrider were great. It'd been a while since I'd seen Kinski so it was fun seeing them again. I'd somehow never seen Sandrider before but they were predictably awesome. Some other time!
