Doesn't matter, both /\/\ \/ 53 and Muse suck.

It added a "3" after the band name to both posts I just made and I have no idea why I read this as if I was the poor old lady on a life alert commercial.

Random (not so random?) headliner speculation. My Bloody Valentine. They were a curveball wishlist Coachella sub-headliner, but with news of a new album I think they fit the mold fucking PERFECTLY for a Sasquatch headliner.
deadmau5, MBV, Portishead, Soundgarden/Pearl Jam/Mumford & Sons?

I can see them being there, but headlining? Nah.

If MBV can sell out Wamu theater (7500+) and Ween can headline Sasquatch, why can't MBV?

And I think they are most certainly anti-perfect for Sasquatch, and won't be on the lineup.

Random (not so random?) headliner speculation. My Bloody Valentine. I would love this. They're playing Tokyo Rocks in May as well though...don't know if that would cause a conflict. The 2012 dates were 26th and 27th, while last.fm says next year it's the 11th and 12th...who knows.

At Sasquatch, MBV would get the GBV slot.

Please ignore my post count and allow me to respond to this but I definitely think MBV are headline material. They would fit that mold way better than Ween, Pretty Lights, even Massive Attack, etc in my opinion. To say they would get the GBV spot is off too, i think. MBV deserve a headlining spot i feel like. And, again, with a new album coming out and the (poorly released, but well constructed) reissue series that came out this year MBV hype is going to be crazy next year.

Nobody who goes to Sasquatch cares about My Bloody Valentine, just like nobody who goes to Sasquatch cares about Pavement or Bob Mould or Spiritualized. Sure, they're great. But their classic albums pre-date the Pitchfork era.
If they played, they would play to a tiny crowd. So they probably won't play.
