Hi there.
I attempted to do something similar when I was in grad school a few years ago. I ended up going a different direction with the paper so I dumped the research I had done. At the time I was able to get in touch with someone at house of zaks and they shared some info with me which was really helpful. You may consider doing the same.
I still have my 06 tickets on my cork board, they were 68 per day plus fees, there were 3 days for the first time. NIN, Beck, and Ben Harper headlined.
You may also consider looking at consequence of sound as they recently published an article about the cost to book artists and it had an extensive list of artists and their prices. Just a thought.
Best of luck and I hope you post your findings here when you are done, I am sure it would be very interesting.

I suppose it could be tech 9. Either way chance the rapper is not gross or associated with hair. I really hope he still plays but my hopes are low

Isn't that the gross dude with the hair? He made it as far as Portland this week, at least. I think you are thinking of Danny Brown. He would be more accurately described as "the gross dude with the hair" lol

Chance the rapper cancelled his hangout festival performance this weekend. Between that and his Coachella cancellation I am expecting he won't be at sasquatch. Now will we find out in advance or not is really the question.

Okay if we get Broken Bells and Jake Bugg I will be pretty happy. Small victories people. I think its a gesture of good faith if they move what they can over.

When I go to the TM website and click on prices Maysquatch shows 325 but Julysquatch show $275. What up with that? Hedging the bet on the new weekend?

Puscifer is garbage. APC and Tool would be amazing though, all for that.

In the past we have seen bands have a great showing during one year and return to a bigger slot the next year. So who do you think will do that this year
Here are my thoughts.
Robert DeLong - Could play dance tent or last(not late) set on the Bigfoot
Capital Cities - Could return to play Main Stage 3rd slot (think Cake slot)
Death Grips (WITH ZAC HILL!) - Late night?
Red Fang - 3rd slot on main stage

Yeah now that I think it through its possible but not likely. The clear comedy headliner for the night (arguably the whole festival) is Birbiglia. She will probaly be replaced with someone of similar size OR a big change all together with comedy that day. My bet is that the comedy for Sunday will be replaced with Birbiglia's off Broadway play (?) "My girlfriends boyfriend."
