Not true, 25 or older in nearly all states. Some rental places in some states will let you rent at 21+, but will charge you extra per day. only in NY can you rent a car at 18. U-hauls though, now that's the way to go.

U-hauls though, now that's the way to go. Shut the fuck up, you are either a fake poster (howardmoon again?) or just a god damn idiot. In any event, this post is wrong. From Budget: Locations in Seattle, WA will rent to individuals under 25 years of age with a valid, acceptable credit card (debit cards are not permitted). A $27/day surcharge applies. You must be a minimum of 25 years of age to rent a luxury, mini van, full-size van, full-size SUV, premium SUV, specialty car or pick-up truck. Surcharges are not quoted in your online total but will be added at the counter when you pick up your rental. Enterprise has three different price levels for 18-20, 21-24, and 25+.

also, not everyone is coming in from the Seattle, WA area. So while your post is relevant to those people, it is not relevant to everyone.

interstateeight you are mighty hostile sometimes. Don't blame interstate! He's a Modest Mouse fan. The hositility is a natural evolution!

1.) I am mighty hostile most of the time. 2.) Your links... do not disprove my points at all. People under 25 can still rent cars. Some places don't? So don't patronize them.

also, not everyone is coming in from the Seattle, WA area. So while your post is relevant to those people, it is not relevant to everyone. Okay, but how are these people getting to Sasquatch? I can assume (for the sake of this conversation) that they are not driving. So they must be flying! Or taking a train. Are they flying into Spokane? Why? Isn't that more expensive? (Before you go finding price quotes proving that it's cheaper, take note: I don't care.) Once they land in Seattle... they can rent a car. Again... what the hell point are you trying to make?

teehee.
and if you're in that bracket that's ages 21-24, (or 25 and over for that matter), Orbitz seems to do a good job of trying to find you the cheapest car rental. That's what I'm using anyway.

Where are you finding this? I looked a few large car-rental companies in the states and they say you have to be 21. I'll be 20 by the time I go to Sasquatch so far I can't shit to rent a car from in Washington.
