If Mike Myers is in I'm probably out.

any mention of Bjork yet?
New album set soon - a tour hopefully to follow. Her FYF set was astounding. Other predictions are Kelela, Angus + Julia Stone, First Aid Kit, Courtney Barnett and Kurt Vile, Cut Copy, Chelsea Wolfe, Bully, Grizzly Bear, Princess Nokia, Tyler, the Creator, and Washed Out.

also can we get some fcukin BUCKETHEAD This guy gets it. I know he's touring right now (with Brain, formerly of Primus on drums), but I also know he recently announced he has some serious heart condition. So I'm not sure how that will effect how future touring plans. Besides, he's about a one in a million chance for a Sasquatch booking. But I like where your head's at.

My wish list artists this year would be: -Justice -Ghostland Observatory -Anderson Paak -Gorillaz -Todd Terje
If any of these make it I will be super pumped. I saw Terje when he played at Marymoor recently (it was awesome) and felt like The Gorge much better suits him instead of Marymoor where everyone is sitting around their picnics eating expensive cheeses.

Totinoboy's Rampant Speculation with a likeliness rating out of 5
Childish Gambino (4/5) - After doing a super small amount of shows in 2017, he's primed to do a huge festival tour in 2018. Unless he's filming a movie or something, this could be very possible
Harvey Sutherland (2/5) - Awesome nu-disco/house artist growing out of the european scene. If he's doing a US tour, a tent set could be possible
Marie Davidson (2/5) - Less likely but I love the shit out of her. She's from Canada (Montreal tho) so geographically it could make sense! Her brand of analog-heavy techno might not have any name recognition in Sasquatch's demographic
KiNK (1/5) - Unrealistic wish list pick
Snarky Puppy (3/5) - If we can have Vulfpeck, we can have Snark Puppy
Daphni (4/5) - Dan Snaith's solo project is getting bigger and bigger. I feel like he could easily close the tent at this point
Dauwd (2/5) - Opener for Daphni!
Justice (4/5) - Had a minimal festival run in 2017 due to Panorama exclusivity deal, primed for a huge tour in 2018
Crazy P (2/5) - European disco/house band primed for a US breakthrough
Bicep (3/5) - These guys are blowing up like crazy. New record is a little to big room-y for me but they're great selectors
Sango (5/5) - Seattle-native producer putting out crazy Brazil-influenced trap beats. I find it crazy that he hasn't played yet
Dave B (5/5) - Seattle rapper reaaally blowing up right now. Sango produces a lot of his stuff. I'm thinking he's the next Mick Jenkins
Ibeyi (4/5) - New album out soon and they're KEXP-core. Pretty likely if you ask me
Flamingosis (3/5) - Awesome sample-based beats dude. Hasn't toured the PNW much at all so I'm thinking his festival tour might make its way up as he gets bigger
Masego (3/5) - Saw him at Upstream this year, was really impressed by how good a performer he is. He'd be an awesome addition
Sam Gellaitry (4/5) - Vancouver electronic dude. I find it weird that he hasn't played Sasquatch yet. I used to like his stuff more but at this point it all sounds too similar...
Poolside (3/5) - These guys are poised for a return to the festival scene with their new album out. I usually like their remixes/edits more than their original songs but these guys have some good taste
Soulwax (3/5) - New album out early this year and still no US tour. I would imagine their huge amount of analog gear would be a pain to ship out but c'mon Sasquatch!
Todd Terje & Olsens (3/5) - Full band with a new album? Dance party? Yes please
Jonwayne (4/5) - Is it really a Sasquatch experience if there isn't a large white dude yelling at me from the Bigfoot stage?
Anderson Paak (3/5) - I mean if he did Bshoot this year... Sasquatch next year?
Blood Orange (4/5) - Here's to hoping Sasquatch books some of the acts from last year's 'leak'
Taphex Win (1/5) - A totinoboy can dream
Not a fan but I can see these happening Lil Peep/Pump (4/5) Kelela (if block party doesn’t snag her) (4/5) Wolf Parade late add (4/5) Zoolab tent DJ set (5/5) BROCKHAMPTON (5/5)

I would plop Lil Peep/Pump at a 0/1000000
I know the appeal of Sasquatch has begun a shift, but a 17 year old who glorifies Xanax and a moody white emo rapper (what?) seem super unlikely. I’m not saying rappers have a track record of being family friendly (A$AP Rocky) but you have to be considerably more popular. Rich Chigga maybe seems more likely since he kind of fits the bill of steady rising talent that will most likely be on XXL next year as a Freshman artist. Ex: include Goldlink, Chance in 2014, Action Bronson in 2015.
Fingers crossed on this one.

Top bill this year: Yung Lean, Lil Peep, Macklemore If I might add: Lil Uzi Vert as a headliner instead of Macklemore with Sub-heads of XXXtentacion, $uicideboy$, and like I don’t know Type O Negative so we have one guitar group. This would probably be the edgiest festival ever

Makes me wish I caught the Portland act for sure. I thought Todd Terje and The Olsens put on a great show but was disappointed with the crowd not reciprocating the awesome vibes that the artist was putting out. Glad to hear people were getting their boogie on else where. Here's to hoping he will be at the Gorge.

I'm sure we're about to debate whether ODESZA is big enough to headline... I'll let someone for Seattle give a more informed opinion, but I'm leaning toward yes. I'd say they are. They've headlined Bumbershoot and Capitol Hill Block Party. On the West Coast at least they're definitely big enough to headline.

They've headlined Bumbershoot and Capitol Hill Block Party. On the West Coast at least they're dolphinately big enough to headline. Didn't they just headline Bumbershoot this year, though? If so, I would say that makes them slightly less likely to headline Sasquatch. Nothing to do with their size though, just a thought.

They did also release an album a few days after Bumbershoot. Might be negligible because it was so close to the fest, but newer material means newer sh-Odesza ha ha haaaaa...

Foo Fighters starting to look pretty likely. They just announced 2018 dates with huge gaps in May and June, and still no Seattle date.

Nothing really there that makes them more likely than they were before, but certainly nothing ruling them out at all. But the lack of a Seattle date is pretty glaring.
