A podcast about Sasquatch? My two favourite things! They better get Paul F. Tompkins as a guest. Luckily it *is* a podcast so I'm pretty sure he's contractually obligated already.

Nope, but he is going to be in Seattle/Vancouver on the Wednesday/Thursday that week with Comedy Bang Bang. I'm pretty sure him and Scott Aukerman had a pretty terrible damn time at Sasquatch back in 2011, I don't know how likely it would be that they would return. I'm going to see them in Seattle though, pretty stoked!

They are probably too much in their own heads at times and feel the need to always be "on." Life seems to be one big podcast episode for each of them. They went with Harris Wittels (RIP) to a Phish show in 2013 for the Analyze Phish podcast and talked the entire time during the show, complaining every single minute. Seemed like they didn't even bother to give them a chance. The show in all fairness was average at best, but still the lack of respect kind of speaks volumes about their level of constant trolling.

Do I need iTunes to check this thing out? I know I have it on my old laptop if I have to resort to that.

As I scan through the threads this keeps registering as Chuck Norris not John Norris. This is like the 3rd time I had to look twice thinking "what does Chuck Norris have to do with Sasquatch"?

Can anybody give an overview of the podcast? since I can't download iTunes (and don't want to) on my work computer. I'm out of town currently for work.

I found it curious that a band requested a lower billing this year, really humble move honestly. Can't wait to hear the schedule talk!

A synopsis of how the festivals progression, talking about how they try to be different than other festivals ( but they booked Disclosure or major lazer okay..), billing order being difficult, trying to stay close to their roots, limitations to the festival such as wanting to book larger acts like Radiohead but the inability to to the fact that they could probably sell out the gorge alone, and the physical limitations of the gorge. Also apparently Snacks has booked EVERY artist to play the festival from the beginning. I'm only 31 minutes in though.
