This might sound crazy but it's pretty likely that you can find a ride back to Seattle from the festival just from the people you meet (assuming you have a way there, how does that work?)
My group has given a few people rides back to Seattle or Bellingham because their friends were leaving earlier then they wanted to leave. Almost everyone is going to be going through Seattle on their way home. Many have an extra couple seats.
That being said locking down a ride before hand is always a smart idea.

Yeah we're coming in from Vancouver with another mate and heading off in different directions after the festival, happy to wing it just thinking ahead knowing we're most likely gonna be feeling fairly ordinary after 3-4days of getting loose  suppose it adds to the adventure. We met a guy (who actually lived on my tiny hometown island strangely enough) still looking for a ride back at 5am on Monday last year, so it's definitely not guaranteed. Good luck though!

It's scientifically proven that American girls are powerless against the Aussie accent, so I'm sure you'll have no problem finding a flock of them willing to ride drive you anywhere you like.

I thought it was a French accent that Amerikan girls were powerless against. Mon dieu! Sacre bleu! Although I do kind of like that Aussie accent myself. How about a ride to Portland! |
