I live in Salem, but I can totally get to Portland or even Seattle if I need to to get a ride. It's just me, I'm 19. Please! I'm very cool and I pack light and am independent (I've gone alone the past two years as well) and have my own tent and can contribute to the gas money & provide good conversation!!

So, I have offered to give rides to some other people, but don't have anything confirmed yet. I have a small pickup that will haul a lot of gear, but it only has two comfortable seats and two cramped ones. I am thinking that there could be a car pooling and gear hauling caravan leaving from Portland sometime on Thursday. I would be more than happy to fill up all of my seats and haul a load of gear. That of course leads to some shared camping space which might also evolve into meeting up at a secret gas station, finally resulting in a weird astronomical anomaly and dress wearing howlers bearing couches...
I can't wait!
