I know I don't get a vote, but if I did, I would be in favor. I think I dedicated third party site is better than getting flooded with threads by people who show up, post once, and never seem to actually get together.

That looks like a pretty legit website to me. It is actually a great idea. I see it's been around for a little while because there are older events on there. The older events should time out or something.

We were trying to carpool to Bonnaroo in 2008 and it was such a hassle going through all the threads. Especially because we might have been able to pick up someone along the way but I would have to look up each non-major city on a map to see where it was. So I figured, hey these should be on a map... That looks like a pretty legit website to me. It is actually a great idea. I see it's been around for a little while because there are older events on there. The older events should time out or something. Thanks! We decided to keep some of the old ones on the homepage under Featured Events so people could see we've been around for a while. Otherwise there's really no way to tell. Maybe we should indicate that it's a past event though, I like that idea... |
