There needs to be one thread for people who need rides. Is there a thread for that already? 95% of noobs probably won't use it anyway, they usually don't actually read the other threads before creating new ones.

There isn't one, and honestly that would be a pretty big clusterfuck of a thread. At least as big of one as having 18 pages of these threads.

As long as it is posted in the appropriate section I don't see the issue. There are a lot of different places and circumstances to come from.

I thought there was a rideshare thread at one time, but the memory is vague. There have been several new threads from people looking for rides from Seattle and Western Washington recently. Those people should all get together and rent a big van or something.
