Car rental business is considered is a lucrative one in many countries where many people have adopted this as a serious business..In developed countries, Government plays a special role to check and monitor these agencies but the situation is not the same in less developed countries where even a person who had no licence can hire a car on rent...Now particular age limit has been implemented by the governments so i am going to start this discussion so we could know about the minimum age and the terms and conditions for car hiring in different countries...
