Hi, I'm new to Sasquatch this year and my situation is sort of a little bit complicated. I'm going to the festival alone, but a group of friends of mine happen to be staying at someone's house relatively close to the festival during the time of the festival, so I convinced them to let me tag along and they're going to drive me to and from the festival and back to the house after every festival day. I don't have my own car (long story) and I don't want to camp (I don't know anyone else that's going, I don't feel comfortable camping alone), so what's the deal on picking up / dropping off? Is that doable? Is there a designated area for it or anything or can just anybody go into the parking lot, therefore being able to pick up and drop someone off? Sorry if this is a really stupid question. I tried finding some answers to it but I came across absolutely nothing. Thanks in advance.
Also, on an unrelated note, how easy is it to meet new people at Sasquatch? I mean, how likely is it to go to Sasquatch alone on Friday and leave Sasquatch on Monday having a handful of new friends or something?

Just camp. It would be pretty complicated to drive back and forth each day. I'm not even sure if they let you come back and forth like that.

There's the general day parking area that anybody can pull in to (I think), once you leave the festival it's easy to walk over there and get picked up.
As far as friends, it's probably the easiest time you'll ever have making friends. Everyone is in their most relaxed state and almost everyone you meet will be willing to have a conversation with you if you like. The campsite is half of the fun though, I wouldn't count out camping if I were you!

It would be a lot more practical and a million times more fun if they just dropped you and your tent off on Friday and picked you up Monday. Traffic getting out each night can be a nightmare and I imagine trying to get in would be all but impossible. Either way, plan on meeting them off site as they won't be able to get into the campground or even the parking lot, I think, without a pass.

I agree with everyone else that you should just get dropped off on Friday and camp 'til Monday. Sasquatch is the only place on Earth that you will instantly have 25,000 best friends the moment you enter the campsite. And if you're worried about camping alone 'cause you're a single female, just hang out here for the next month and you won't have to worry about camping alone anymore.
