Greetings, Sasquatchers! I'm a 29 year old male from Columbus, Ohio that bought a ticket to this year's Sasquatch on a whim back in January, and have decided to quit my job on May 14th and embark on the journey via 1997 Honda Accord Wagon instead of flying like I originally planned. I have almost no itinerary as it is now, and would like to offer a couple seats in my car for the trip out to whoever is interested. I will be leaving from Columbus, Ohio, on a date that is yet to be determined. It'll mostly be up to the time constraints of any interested parties that are interested in joining up along the way. The trip can be pretty straightforward- drive as much as possible with as few stops between for the sake of saving time and money- or we can take our time and see the sights on the way out. I have friends all across the country, and had an interest in taking a few extra days and stopping here and there on the way, but that's up in the air at this point. I would rather drive out with some cool people and not be alone than wander around by myself for two weeks.
Seeing as I'm quitting my job, I may end up staying out there in Portland or Seattle and looking to set up shop there, so if you're looking for a one-way trip out there perhaps that could be arranged as well. I'm totally cool with driving anyone to SEA or PDX after the show is over. Again, this is up for discussion.
Like I said before, the timeframe and the route are both fairly flexible, so feel free to private message me and let me know where you are and how soon you can leave. Thanks!
\m/ Pete
