I was about to kick a whole nursery of babies today at work because our Tech Support Group is refusing to do simple configuration changes that they always did until today and now I have to wait several hours to get a two minute change done. This is making my job difficult and making me REALLY fucking irritated.

It's nothing that affects me personally, but someone I know through phone and email that I do business with daily had a bad day.
Anyways, bad things happen to good people. Far worse things than I could possibly ever imagine having to deal with. It put things in perspective.
