So the Grammys were great! Miguel killed it because he is the best. Bruno Mars has the greatest backup band in the world. Jack White rules. Dr. John rules. Frank Ocean was terrible. Jay-Z is the Godfather of music. and then Prince happened

I honestly don't have a problem with fun. I enjoyed their first album quite a bit when it first came out, and they were probably the only band there last night that actually WORKED for their success.

I liked Aim & Ignite, too, but Some Nights was basically just "HEY REMEMBER QUEEN WE'RE DOING THAT NOW." Meh.
In other news, first new track from the Postal Service reissue has hit the internets:

Agreed! Dude can really sing and they make some catchy tunes. I had no idea one of them was with Lena Dunham, so that makes me like them even more. She was adorable last night when Fun kept winning.

So far I'm liking that new Postal Service track! I wonder who the female vocalist is that's featured. So so happy they're playing Squatch, especially since their tour isn't hitting any Canadian cities.

Technically it's not new, just old stuff that's finally seeing the light of day. But I agree.

YES! I've been dying for something new from him since Similes. Copia is still my favorite, but I was actually one of the few people who really fucking loved Similes. Pumped that he's still making magic happen.
