I would have made that reference but I realize that Canada is about as relevant as a velvet painting of a whale and a dolphin getting it on, so I wasnt sure if everyone would get that reference. I'll admit that I googled that and was super disappointed to find out that it was a Talladega Nights reference and yet no one has created that painting |

he's not as stupid as the ones jumping on the roof of the car while it was on fire, or the ones standing like 3ft away after they lit the gas tank. I was watching the live feed on CBC and just dumbfounded by the idiocy happening. 30 people on top of a bus shelter? What? |

Did you see the one CTV reporter (poor fucking sod) who they sent down into the middle of the riot get entire cans of beer sprayed on him in the middle of reporting? Shit was out of control, but I laughed a little bit at that.

Ya, this bullshit wasn't funny from a hockey analyst... still not funny.
The riots were bullshit. Yes they were planned. Yes the mob mentality of the 18-25 demographic is fucking deplorable.
I went downtown. I took pictures. I got high and went to the beach and had a small campfire with about 15 random people cuz guess what? I can't have a peaceful fire on a beach in Vancouver unless some assholes are burning cop cars.
Sad isn't it?

what a clusterfuck of a transaction that ended up being. I wish the Oilers could make a trade without alienating one of their players (Brule in this case, Cogliano a number of other times), and maybe even not have it leak and cause every armchair GM to comment on how they're doing it wrong.
