Um I'm really trying here. Just because this guy doesn't know where the joke ends and where it begins doesn't make it my fault. I have kept all personal attacks off the table and once it turned into a shouting match I stepped away. I haven't even been directly responding to the bus guy since page nine. This isn't like squatchcreep; I totally fed that fire. This fucker is just being antagonistic. With creep, I was the first to admit that I let it get out of hand.
I have to say it's kind of unfair that just because I have the big, loud personality the mods feel like it is acceptable to let shit like this happen. I'm trying to defuse the situation and some god damn backup would be appreciated.

For the record, I was actually on your side of the argument until very recently when you chose to continue with the personal insults after being asked to refrain. HG, you did start this fight and to a certain degree, deserve whatever ribbing you may receive. I just think it's gotten a little tedious and excessive at this point. This is how I feel. You chose to make the guy angry. His response was less than desirable and he has been asked to stop. I'm not sure what more you would like from the mods. |

This is like working in retail and standing behind the counter trying to enforce some stupid, unfair store policy to a belligerent customer only to have your manager come up and undermine everything you've said to make the customer happy. Fuck that. It's not 'ribbing' if I stopped playing the game two days ago, it's fucking harrassment. So I guess what I'd like from the mods is enforcement of the fucking NO HARRASSMENT rule.

But since I'm HG it's funny to let the fucking bus asshole focus every single fucking one of his posts on ridiculing me personally.

Since posting this he has not been using personal attacks. Granted this was the second time a mod had to ask him to stop, but the first time I had. I'm sorry if my method upsets you and we certainly don't want you leaving. All of that said, it would be just great if we could stop using this thread as a means to yell about the fact that we were yelling about something that was meant to be a joke in the first place. |

And for the record, HG, when I made the comparison to squatchcreep, it wasn't a jab at you, I was merely highlighting the ruckus both noobs have started, causing unnecessary disruptions on the board.
I've got no problem with your outspoken, "loudness". Your boldness is what makes the boards fun, but it becomes tiring when I see people start shit and throw around repetitive personal jabs.
