I live in Spain now so I'm thinking that Primavera is kind of a no brainer. Boardie meetup? I'm game! At this point I'm emotionally committed and will probably move some money around in the next month or so to actually commit. It's pretty mindblowing seeing the lineup broken down by day now, feels like any individual one could be an entire 3 day festival in it's own right.

Do e-concerts count? Vera Project has Dorian Electra, (who curiously had their irl STG concert refunded to me yesterday), playing an online show 12/12 that I just snagged "tickets" for. Might be a nice holdover for the future.

If e-concerts count then Burrito and I have seen Braids 13 times this year.

Got my refund for Northwest Terrorfest today. No news about 2022, which makes me nervous. Hopefully the best Seattle festival will return.

Sweet, sweet and innocent February 2020 TBRenegade. So oblivious to what the future holds. On the note of the future, I decided to upgrade to both weekends for Primavera 2022 (Sasquatch 2014 PTSD included free of charge) After the drought of live music we've been living through I'm down for twelve straight days of live music a year from now. Compared to announced festivals this year the lineup is an absolute home run, looking forward to concerts again!

I haven’t seen a non-local concert since 2019 and I really took for granted the final Sasquatch I went to.
If only I knew I’d be in such a drought for live shows…

Huge upgrade in lineup from last year. Here's hoping the expansion to a third day doesn't lead to another brutal hike in ticket prices...

Came here to post this. Same month, better lineup (imo) and much of my group has scheduling conflicts with Thing. Writing is kind of on the wall with this one.
Discounted presale is "DIDOISBACK," 10am tomorrow.

Swap Mac DeMarco with Dido and the lineup would actually just be perfect.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaand DIDO is like half the total price of Thing.

Yep, my 3-day pass was $267 after fees. And I can sleep in my own bed every night. Easiest decision ever.

Kinda interesting that one of the headliners from Sasquatch 2018 is the #1 name for both of these festivals (The National and Modest Mouse, respectively). Where's Bon Iver when you need him?

Too bad it is the same weekend as Primus and Ween at Red Rocks, which I still have no idea how I am going to attend but I won’t let the dream die.
