goldbeard - thanks for the info. I tried that already and they said I have to have the credit card and matching id. Since these were purchased by a friend, this will prove challenging. I have photocopies, so I am hoping they will accept!

Due to an interesting turn of events with the Post Office we might not be attending the festival this year, but we are still offering rides. This will push out the departure date to possibly Friday depending on how long it'll take to score some passes in the Seattle area. If you need a ride AND have an extra set of tickets, that'd be most excellent!!!! Squatch on!

Got screwed over by CanadaPost and now need two tickets. Any one who needs to dump two tickets at face value would be greatly appreciated. I'll be landing in Seattle on Thursday. I've tried LiveNation for the last couple days in hopes that the 10AM sales would continue, but no such luck.

If you are looking for a cheap way to check out Iceland, I would highly recommend Airwaves. From a music stand-point, it is a horribly organized mess (2012). There are so many venues that are extremely small, the chances of seeing some acts without a VIP pass is next to impossible. Our group waited an hour in arctic temperatures to see Phantogram, but never got in because VIP gets higher priority. On a more positive note, the festival is unlike anything here in the US and definitely an experience all to itself. The food is fantastic and the people extremely friendly. Best show of 2012: toss up between Funk that Shit! and Retro Stefson.

Sounds good. Send me a PM with your email or something and we'll give you a shout before heading to the festival.

Squatchers! I have seen numerous posts about needing rides from Seattle Airport to the festival. We will have two/three spots open to whomever might need them. We will be departing the airport around 5PM on Thursday May 23rd and stopping along the way for groceries/food/etc... Let me know if you're interested.
