I saw Wolf Parade at the Commodore last year, and they were great. I also saw Sunset Rubdown, which were good, but not as memorable as the WP show.

So who's bummed at the lack of Canadian talent on the bill? In recent years we've been treated to the likes of: New Pornographers, Kathleen Edwards, Arcade Fire, Constantines, Tragically Hip.
I'd love to see any of the following acts: Wintersleep, Weakerthans, Metric, Black Mountain, the Stills, Wolf Parade, Sam Roberts.

The Constantines would be amazing. I saw them in 2006 and they definitely were on stage when the hail started. They were also beyond loud and one of the best shows i've ever seen. My friend turned to me in the middle of the show to try and say he was gonna move his stuff cause of the hail and I could not hear a single word he said. That was my first ever Constantines show, and one of my favorite concert moments ever. What's even better is that they got great video footage them playing Young Lions as the hail onslaught began:
