I didn't know that what I stumbled upon was an organized board gathering. I was just walking around with the lady checking the grounds out for the first time when she heard someone say "Horned Gramma" and made me introduce myself. Was pretty cool meeting some of you though. More impressive was my second passing by HG. I was full on day drunk walking back to the campground Monday. HG and Stormy asked if I was going back in for Beck and The D. My reply was along the lines of " THE BECK AND D IS THE FOR SURE PLAN!!!!!!" Then I passed out faced down in my campground while my saint of a girlfriend applied sunscreen to my limp body.

Anyone go in that building with the entrance near the giant shower? Yea it was just a building with PS3's or Xbox's where you could play Need For Speed.

4.) I might finally update the wallpaper and/or color scheme to reflect a more current Sasquatch festival than the one which took place in... what is this, 2006? Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit! I DRUNKENLY made this EXACT same suggestion, dated artwork and everything, in page 2 & 3 of the Board Suggestions thread almost a year ago. inb4 HG insta-bans me!

A locked thread about locking threads. Awesome. No, that wasn't me you saw. The hat I was wearing was the on field one with the stickers removed and a shaped bill. Plus I was still drinking at that time. That was for sure the drunkest I'd ever been at the Gorge. I was with a friend who had never been and we definitely made the most of it. Great fucking show though.

Thats fucking interesting man, thats fucking interesting. I pay as little attention as possible to Tony Romo and the Cowboys, especially in the off season, so I don't recall this confident sounding Romo. But that article was definitely coming. If you saw that Monday night game you could tell that flop was as flagrant as can be. Stopping the clock without using a timeout to get the Giants goal line defense out. Pure and simple. Although I do enjoy a good conspiracy theory, and applaud your branding the coincidence as ironic in an attempt to add weight to your claims. Your attempt to tarnish Romo in the eyes of the Unofficial Sasquatch Message Board, due to injury faking, shall be out shined this week by Deon Grant. . . And whoever that other dude was that fell down at the same time until he realized that someone else had beat him to it. Thanks for renaming my Seattle specific sports thread by the way. No need to worry, Mariners thread soon to follow.

I'm a little embarrassed in how much I have not listened to Phish. I do remember that I used to enjoy Billy Breathes. If It wasn't sooo close the the QotSA show I'd most likely be all in. I saw Trey open up for Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers once and it was really good. Also I have some friends that are planning on coming along to see Queens, one of whom has never been to the Gorge and is super excited.
The more I think about it the more I realize I should be going to both shows. I just don't know how I'm gonna be able to swing that though.

Also, where the hell have you been? Oh, just hangin out. . . . playin Nintendo. I'm having Sasquatch withdrawls which is my decideding factor in the Soundgarden show. To be honest at this point I'm really only in it for Queens of the Stone age/ awesome Gorge campground party. I wish I could go back to tuesday morning after Sasquatch, drinking breakfast beer on the trunk of my packed up car because I just didn't want to go home. Also If anyone could suggest where to start with Soundgarden album wise I'd appreciate it.

Sorry if this has been covered but has anyone decided on going to Soundgarden and Queens of the Stone Age at the gorge in July? I'm thinking about grabbing my tickets tonight.

No just the one account for me, you're a mod can't you check IPs or something like that. I started lurking again a couple days ago and have always lurked more than I post.
Sorry (kinda) about the A's dig but both M's fans (I8 and myself) have to take em when we can get em.

That video was great and Niehaus is irreplaceable. I will NEVER see a see a 4 run jack and not instantly think "Grand Salami".
Know, that's cool about that ball all but falling in your lap. I was seven when the Mariners won the AL West in 95', we went to an early season game that year and sat in the outfield. My mom was walking out one of the tunnels to go the bathroom during batting practice when Griffey hit ball over the fence that hit her right in the ass. I still have that ball displayed in a case in my bedroom.

While i maintain that the Wildhorse campground Is extremely boring you're about as cool as my dad if you stay there. It really is "just down the road" if you come from Seattle or even from the east and don't know the money exit to use you probably never see it. It is extremely close. I'm concerned that you don't know what the word "while" means, or when to use it. I'm concerned about your need to be a dick at times that don't always call for it. Whatever, have a good day I8.

These are a little spendy but pretty cool to have if you camp a lot. It's called a Jet boil, It boils water with a small propane tank pretty fast. It comes with a stand, igniter, cup, and propane tank and it all compacts into about the size of a football. We use these to boil water in the morning and put that starbucks via coffee into. Pretty good coffee in about two minutes. you can also make instant soup really easily. A great way to make quick hot meals without having to break out the camp stove.
