I don't know how to add to your chart Geno, but here's the hip-hop acts: Macklemore, Azealia Banks, Schoolboy Q, Danny Brown, Earl Sweatshirt, Killer Mike, P.O.S., Shad, El-P, Baauer, Nacho Picasso, Brothers From Another, Knowmads, Tilson xoxo, RA Scion, OC Notes, Kingdom Crumbs, Theoretics, Nissim, and Death Grips
Comedians: Nick Offerman, Mike Birbiglia, Brett Gelman, Jenny Slate, Kyle Kinane, Brody Stevens, Jon Daly, James Adomian, and Joe Mande
All of these can also be classified as acts I will be intentionally missing.
Most of these have already been mentioned here or in the 2012 wishlist thread, but: Blur QOTSA Atoms For Peace Crystal Castles Tame Impala Primus How To Destroy Angels and whatever Mickey Melchiondo's (Dean Ween) new solo project is going by *sorry

I'll just throw this out there. What about Atoms For Peace? They have an album coming out sometime early 2013. Nothing's been mentioned about touring yet but they did play Coachella a couple years back. It'd be nice to have a little Thom Yorke/Flea action this go-around.
Maybe I should have posted this in the wish-list thread since this seems like a longshot...
Regarding the Spirtualized - Tenacious D conflict .... i'd much rather see Spiritualized but the deciding factor is Beck (my #hashtagsareforidiots #1 priority in this years lineup). If i saw Spiritualized, i'd have no chance at being anywhere near the stage for Beck, so the Spiritualized set has to be sacrificed
