That wasn't very complete, sorry. Someone working on the Bonnaroo team stated in inforoo that Kings of Leon would play Friday and DMB would be on Sunday. S/He then later implied that Stevie Wonder -> Jay Z would be Sat, but did not specifically state it like the previous two headliners.

They're strong rumors aside from Kings of Leon

The Besnard Lakes have the best album I've heard in several years, so I hope they are there. They can take Bon Iver's spot from last year!

I'd also be SUPER pissed with the Bonnaroo headliners. That would seriously be baffling considering all the talk about how big this year was supposed to be. The lineup isn't out yet, but it seems like those headliners are pretty legit. To go from Bruce, Phish (Roo favs but def not mine x2), NIN and the Beasties to Jay and Wonder which is sweet, but not that exciting.

It seems like many individuals are upset with the headliners for Coachella and Bonnaroo. The nice thing about Sasquatch is that I am usually caught off guard with the lineup each year because it is consistently amazing, but focuses on smaller bands. With bigger fests like Coach and Roo, people set their standards way to high because of they have high standards, but leads to disappointment sometimes. People on the Coachella board are always hoping for amazing artists from David Bowie to Outkast. But inforoo had it pretty bad this year with early speculation that The Stones, Macca or Neil Young would be there only to find out that its KoL, DMB, Jay Z and Stevie Wonder. Jay Z and Stevie Wonder would be amazing, but KoL and DMB are a HUGE letdown compared to the possible headliners.

Looking at the crossover acts that are a possibility with tour dates in Seattle I would say any of these could be up for grabs: LCD Soundsystem Them Crooked Vultures Vampire Weekend Passion Pit (skip Seattle almost means they will be there again) She & Him Faith No More MGMT The Dead Weather (I always get my hopes up for Jack White at Sasquatch) Hot Chip Dirty Projectors SDRE Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros Local Natives Miike Snow (cancelled their Seattle show) Owen Pallett The Middle East Jonsi The Glitch Mob

The major problem with that is the Cribs are playing Seattle soon and Spoon is going to Primaver, which doesn't count either out, but puts serious doubt into their arrival

i can't understand why you'd list U2, they're not even close to being sasquatch material and would be entirely too expensive for a 20,000 person festival to snag. same with muse, they're the kind of band that only comes to WA once per tour (deck the hall ball doesn't count since it was a short set) and they already have a date in april. alice in chains and black rebel motorcycle club? are you insane? All I did was put who was playing Seattle from now till June, which is like the kiss of death for Sasquatch, so don' t be a douche. I hate most those artists anyway, and the possibility of having a wretched bands like soundgarden and pearl jam made it seem like alice in chains would be right up the shit storm.

I compiled a list of bands playing Seattle in the near future which is usually a good indicator for who won't be at Sasqautch.
To start off with, there are a couple of bigger bands that are on hiatus and are not touring: Radiohead Animal Collective TV On The Radio Deerhunter
I know AC and TVOTR both played last year, but just wanted to throw that in.
As for bands that are playing Seattle from Jan to June: U2 Muse Wilco Phoenix Silversun Pickups* Alice In Chains The Cribs St. Vincent* Bassnectar Vivian Girls Wild Beasts STS9 Magnetic Fields Foreign Born We Were Promised Jetpacks Black Rebel Motorcycle Club A Place to Bury Strangers The Clientele Ted Leo High Places Bear in Heaven The Ruby Suns Toro y Moi Rogue Wave RJD2 Yeasayer White Denim
And last but not least The Gossip are in Europe around Sasquatch so probably a no.

I think your right . When I saw their tour dates I felt like I had simultaneously gotten kicked in the nuts and punched in the heart. But life goes on!
