Wow, I have never seen an actual cop walking around inside the campgrounds where people were camped. I see the yellow shirts all day long and even offer them beers, but never cops.

Ya, I would really like to know what the hell was going on for her to get arrested for weed in Washington, and at The Gorge no less. Man, I have been caught countless times with weed at The Gorge and not a damn thing happened.

Man, the kids love their dubstep. That is basically the only yhing I heard playing around the campground. That's for sure. We had a bunch of different stuff playing late on Sunday night and got shut down at like 3:00, but then right after that a party train of about 60 people came by and had a boombox which was perfect timing. I love Sasquatch....

Saturday was a lot of fun. I loved it when she yelled "We're going to have a party!" But it was in that cute Swedish accent that she has which was awesome. Saturday went: K-OS > Wold Parade > The Thermals > Robyn > Sleigh Bells > Bassnectar I saw Wye Oak and part of Local Natives too, but I really was a martian that whole day and cant really recall much of them

Ok, so I have to revive this thread simply for the fact that I want to hear everyone's opinion on her performance and when she ate that fucking banana. Who eats a banana on stage? ROBYN...that's who!
...and where was the love for "Show Me Love"?

I feel like White Denim is not getting its due. Did anyone see that set? Extremely tight band - as a mediocre guitar player watching their chords progressions, changed time signatures, interplay of the two guitars, and perfect metronomy of the drums, it was awesome to see. They must practice a tonne. To me it was the best performance of the weekend. Maybe not my favorite performance, but definitely the one where the band got the most out of the constraints of a four piece act. White Denim was a blast! Our neighbors that we camped next to are huge fans so we decided to check them out. Boy was I glad we decided to go that route....they had the crowd dancing through the whole set. Definitely in my top performances of the weekend.

Skrillex was insane. In all honesty I wished he would have performed a day or two earlier, but regardless it was an experience to be there. They had some pretty cool effects on the LCD's in the Redbull Lounge, or whatever that crazy ass thing was called. Ratatat was cool to watch, but way to mellow for the type of crowd that was there....they should have moved MSTRKRFT or Skrillex to Bigfoot and Ratatat to the Banana Shack.

Wayne doesn't do drugs anymore. Hasn't for a LONG time. Did he really give any specific reason behind those motives? Probably just thought it was time to move on so he could continue what he loves best...

Ya, he seemed WAY too sober for Sasquatch. Maybe that was the biggest problem...

Thing with the Lips set was this. When they were PLAYING, they sounded and looked as amazing as they ever have. When Wayne was talking, it was the most annoying Wayne has ever been... And he's been progressively more annoying each time I've seen them over the years. But I really do feel like that fucker Zacks was to blame for that. On Friday, the cake was unnecessary and annoying. On SUNDAY, the cake was unforgiveable and entirely unwelcome. I got the feeling that when Zacks started planning his BIG TENTH YEAR, his very first thought was, "I'm going to get a fucking Sasquatch cake from Ace of Cakes and have Wayne Coyne throw the head into the audience." And he fucking clung to that at the expense of what could have been one of the greatest sets of the weekend. 100% agree with this. This was my first Lips show but I really cant help to agree with this as well. Although I have to admit that some of the best visuals I saw all weekend was at their set (excluding the pink elephant at Bassnectar) when they were playing music and not just reminiscing. But I really dont have much to base this set off of other than videos I have seen of them performing online. I definitely plan on seeing them perform again, and hopefully getting a full set.

Wished I could go into more detail on this, but this will have to suffice for the time being until I collect myself once again. But here is my top 5, no particular order, which is a very tough decision because practically every set was stellar all weekend: Foo Fighters The Thermals Bassnectar MSTRKRFT Flogging Molly (what a fucking party) ...and I have to mention: Rodrigo y Gabriela, Skrllex, Sleigh Bells, The Flaming Lips, Talkdemonic, DFA1979, Major Lazer, Head Like a Kite, White Denim Glad to see some Thermals love. Oh man, The Thermals are one of my favorite bands. They had such an amazing set and the crowd was feeling it through every song. So glad I kept somewhat of a clear head for them.

You guys had such a great view, whereas I was on the left side of the stage just waiting in anticipation for the Glowpocolypse to erupt and when it did I got goosepoops! All you guys rock!

Unfortunately I didn't meet any of you either but our neighbors turned out to be the coolest damn people I have met in a while, and we instantly became friends. We both had various little things to barter with, which turned out be to very convenient and we even partied and danced almost all the 4th day with them, and I have to say that Skrillex and Major Lazor were absolutely PACKED and one hell of a fun party!
Very very good 'squatch!!!

Sorry if I was either too drunk or high to interact with you like a respectable human being, but these are my few days out of the year to leave planet earth and act a fooooool, ya heard!? Pea, your my hero! I couldn't agree with this statement more. Most of the people even in my group couldn't converse with me for this exact reason. Bravo! Mission accomplished.
