About how much is 20 grams of carbs? I can't picture it, but I imagine not much.
Did you feel like you went through a carb withdrawal? I tried to go carb free a long time ago and had a horrible headache and gave up.
Maybe I'll try it again...

oh! hey there. this is me in list form: Name: Rebecca What my user name represents/means: I couldn't think of anything so... From: for me this should be more like "current location" which is Los Angeles right now. Favorite Bands: Ermm...this is hard because I'm kind of one of those people who really intensely LOVES everything. But a few of my favorites are: Tegan & Sara, The National, Bon Iver, Florence & the Machine, Jenny Lewis/Rilo Kiley, Matt & Kim, Frightened Rabbit, Metric, Joni Mitchell...I could go on forever, seriously. My All-Time Favorite Artist: I think Tegan & Sara have had the most influence on my life First Concert Attended: My mom took me to an Alabama concert when I was little lol. What a start. Last Concert Attended: Rachael Cantu (she's a lesser known artist - anyone else familiar with her? she's really lovely) All time Favourite Concert: I typically leave every show thinking OMG THAT WAS THE BEST THING TO EVER HAPPEN TO ME. I get that euphoric high after a concert, you know? If I HAD to choose one I guess I'd say Florence & the Machine. I like her energy. All time Favourite Festival: I've only ever been to the Virgin Mobile Festival in DC. It's a one day thing, so I don't think it really counts? Sasquatches Attended: This will be my first! Sasquatch Wishlist: I'm pretty happy with the lineup. I do wish Crystal Castles was playing. I've been dying to see them live and was happy to see them on the Coachella lineup, but they are worth the sacrifice to make the journey up to Sasquatch instead. So, there's me! I only joined like 2 days ago, so I don't think I really qualify as a lurker - but oh well.

Work it, girl! That's really exciting. Congrats.
You should rock the sundresses with or without the diet, though. I'm working with some serious curves here and that's pretty much all I plan on wearing during the day!
I was doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred but I feel like it's messing with my knees and I've started slacking off. I need to find something else so I'm not doing it every day I think. I should also cut down on carbs but oh my god I just love them too much! haha.

one year I wore shorts with pajama pants underneath them, and kept them rolled up until it got cold. Then I was just the douche wearing shorts over pajamas... I love the image of this I have in my head right now. LOVE.

Thanks for the warm welcome!! What are the festival grounds like? I guess in my mind I was picturing it to be kind of dusty/dirty and thought I'd just pick up some cheap sundresses so they'd basically be disposable if they got really dirty or ruined over the weekend. I always forget to check out Etsy! Some of the stuff on there is so cute too! I have totally mastered the art of changing out of a dress in public without showing anything. I feel like I should teach a class on it! haha Oh my god, shower shoes. I would have totally forgotten about that!! Thank you! I've been wanting to get some Toms. I think I just found the perfect excuse to do so!! I also liked the gladiator sandals you (? i think it was you, sorry if I'm mistaken) posted. I'm really excited for the music, but to be totally honest, planning a new wardrobe is REALLY FUN. heh I love this idea and am totally on board!! I've heard some people say the dry shampoos they use leave a residue, so I'm probably going to have a trial run with a couple different kinds before May. I'll check back in and let you know how they worked for me! Thanks again for the awesome welcome! Can't wait to get to know you all over the next couple of months!

Oh nice. I'll keep that in mind for the last day. It will make the drive back down to SoCal a whole lot more bearable, I'm sure.

Heyy! Another girl here loving this girly thread! I was just trying to decide what I was going to want to wear to Sasquatch. I think I'm just going to grab myself a couple cheap sundresses from forever21 and old navy. Dresses to me are the most comfortable and the easiest to wear! Doesn't get much easier than the .5 seconds it takes to throw a dress over your head. I also like the idea of leggings for after sunset. I can't imagine wearing jeans all day there and not wanting to tear my legs off by the end of the day, so I think I'll be pretty happy with a few lightweight dresses. The shoes I'm not sure about...I'll have to go back and look through the links posted here again. I want something comfortable, but I'm also not trying to pull off the 50 yr old secretary skirt/sneaker combo. Has anyone ever used a dry shampoo? My hair is super thick and curly so I'm thinking I'll skip washing it during Sasquatch. Especially with cold showers, I don't want to be in there fighting with my hair for 10 minutes! Just a quick in and out body wash.

*raises hand* I haven't actually attended Coachella before, though. I'm a recent transplant from the east coast and have been talking about going to Coachella forever. I got a ticket in December when they were put up for layaway, but alas, no one else I know got a ticket before they sold out. Then chaos ensued with camping and I was over all of it pretty quickly. It stressed me out way too much. I've heard amazing things about Sasquatch from some of my friends, so I sold my Coachella ticket, bought a Sasquatch ticket, and will be road tripping my ass up there from SoCal. I'm really excited about it. So far I'm digging the relaxed vibe. I'm 100% sure I made the right decision!
