Merle Haggard had an album called Big City. Titus Andronicus' new album includes the song In a Big City and they are playing Primavera.
Menudo shows the album cover for reaching out. The first song on that album Like a Cannonball. Breeders song Cannonball from Last Splash. Guess what, they are playing Last Splash at Primavera. Crossover number two.
You got me on the Great Gloria Roberston Smith except that Patti Smith wrote a song Gloria from her first album Horses. And she is on tour.
The BM 2750A I agree is something to do with the Knife. But there is also 500 next to it. Roman numeral for 500 is D. Also IIV are roman numerals. DIIV playing Primavera crossover three.
Flaming Lips have the Spiderbite song from Soft Bulletin, but we saw that already. Of Oz hat, I agree with Pea, Dark Side of the Moon.
After the spider thing Nick says now onto the "main event." I would assume this is where the headliners are coded. Strokes have song Meet Me in the Bathroom. Baby is mentioned in the song twice. Secondly "for the fellas, straight shooters win the day." Stone Roses have the song Straight to the Man. Thirdly "to unlock the secret portal" could be a reference to song Magic Door by Portishead. The last two are wishful thinking on my part.

There is a trail there, but you have to go through the Cave B Winery Resort to get to it or a travel way away. I have hiked behind there with my wife via Cave B. It is quite odd being there during quiet times of the year.

I cannot limit myself to five so here are my ten.
1. Wilco (complete with a full on lighting storm) 2. !!! 3. Gayngs 4. Wye Oak 5. White Denim 6. Modest Mouse 7. Foster the People 8. Local Natives 9. Wolf Parade 10. Surfer Blood (didn't get to see full set as was at Foster the People, but a good time for what I saw)
Worst show of the few minutes I caught of Flaming Lips returning from Gayngs waiting for Modest Mouse. WTF Wayne. The Gorge is not big enough for his ego. Even with that birthday cake debacle. Still a real let down for a band that I know can really bring it.

maybe he'll show up with flying lotus i died a little. my bf just told me about how someone on his facebook feed wrote about how they missed Thom Yorke show up with flying lotus at a secret dj set not too long ago. You don't really think... A Thom Yorke appearance and scouting mission for Sasquatch 2012. I think not.

thanks abominable those work. I'm trying on safari and firefox and don't see anyway to get to the other days. They are there just in black. Sort of hard to see. All in all the conflicts aren't bad. I thought the Robyn/Bright Eyes (WKD) conflict would be worse. And the Gayngs/Flaming Lips conflict sucks. But Gayngs it is.

There are way too many people without The Flaming Lips on their lists. Seen the Lips like a ten times. Will catch them again here. But Sasquatch for me is always about seeing bands I haven't seen yet. And my list this year is book ended by my two favorite bands Wilco and Modest Mouse and Iron and Wine cause well it is Iron and Wine.
