Is there anywhere I can buy a Sasquatch 08 shirt? I went to buy mine after the Flaming Lips, and ALL styles and sizes were sold out. I was hoping Sasquatch would have a merch site... but apparently not.

If Tool's new album is done by next year, I could definately see them at Sasquatch. Pearl Jam is also a good bet. However, I wouldn't count on STP... I doubt they even make it into the new year. I also have a feeling Gogol Bordello will be there next year.

So her an Dan Bejar (I think thats how you spell his name) will be performing with the New Pornos eh? That is pretty awesome. I might have to make seeing them a higher priority.
EDIT: Destroyer plays from 4:45 to (assuming it will take 20 minutes to set up for Crudo) 5:40 and the New Pornos start at 5:25. It's a small conflict... but that is a weird one, isn't it? Anyways, I will probably skip the New Pornos in order to get a good spot for Crudo.

I'm also "bumbed" about this. I mean it all around sucks because these were the big 3 for me seriously. Mars Volta, Ghostland Observatories, and Flaming Lips. I can't miss ANY of the UFO show. But it would be my first time for both of the others. But luckily I can see Mars Volta at ACL Fest. So my plan is to try to catch the start of all 3 bands. You want have to miss any of TMV. Ghostland starts at 8:30 and, even though there is no end to TMV's set time, it can be assumed TMV will end at 8:30. So If you wanna get a good spot for ghostland, you would probably only have to leave TMV 15-20 minutes early. Which means you will only be missing half of one TMV song. No joke. But yes, this is a very upsetting conflict. Worst of the festival for sure. However, conflicts are unavoidable at festivals. I am just glad I can see full sets of The Hives, Battles and Rodrigo y Gabriela. I thought for sure those 3 were gonna conflict somehow.

Whether you like them or not, Stone Temple Pilots are a headlining group.
Also, A Tribe Called Quest is playing Vancouver on August 30. Sooo... I am guessing ATCQ are gonna headling the third night, Sept 1. So Beck will play the August 30th, STP August 31st (which is confirmed) and ATCQ September 1st. That is, unless Rage and/or Prince get added. if Rage get added, I could see them playing either after STP ir ATCQ. If Prince gets added I could see him playing after Beck or ATCQ. However, I really doubt Prince and Rage are going to be added.

Saturday: Dengue Fever/Upright Citizens Brigade -> Beirut/The Whigs/Ozomatli -> Vince Mira -> New Porno's (maybe) -> CRUDO! -> Modest Mouse -> REM
Sunday: 65daysofstatic/What Made Milwaukee Famous (brutal conflict for me) -> Cold War Kids/White Rabbits (another bad one) -> The Cops -> PotUSA -> Michael Franti -> Not Death Cab -> THE CURE
Monday: The Choir Practice -> Matt Costa -> The Hives -> Rodrigo y Gabriela -> BATTLES -> THE MARS VOLTA -> The Flaming Lips
I am still torn about possibly missing the first half hour of the Flaming Lips for Ghostland. I love Ghostland... but I don't wanna give up a good spot for the Flaming Lips. Its gonna be a gametime decision.

The early schedule we got is exactly correct.
And that "Movie! Tent" is interesting. I wonder if there will be more then 1 film
Also, it lists the exact time each comedian will be performing on Saturday.

I wouldn't believe this... I know it's a reputable source. But still. With tickets being only $80 there is no way they have enough money to afford Rage and Prince. Maybe they will grab one of the two, most likely Rage. But not both. However, I highly doubt either will be happening. Either way, I am most likely going to Bumbershoot.

I've heard Jamie Lidell is great... but there is no way on earth I am missing The Mars Volta for him.

Im bummed about missing Ghostland, but atleast I will be able to see The Hives, Battles, Rodrigo y Gabriela and the Mars Volta on Monday. I was afraid of some horrible conflict between those 4. Actually, most of my conflicts are with the smaller bands. 65daysofstatic vs What Made Milwaukee famous is one of my most dreaded.

Rage, I agree, from what I recall of last year, the billing virtually dictated the schedule. It makes more sense for the Breeders to play a longer set closing out one stage than opening the main stage with a shorter set. Some of the bigger festivals tend to put bigger draws against each other to disperse the crowd a bit. I wouldn't be surprised if your schedule is very accurate. And they did change the order of billing recently, correct? Just curious, who are you on the Coachella boards?

There won't be a 3 day pass after Sunday. You will have to buy single day passes.

I went to pick up 3 day premier passes 4 hours after they went on sale... and they were all sold out. So yes, they really sold out that fast. I can't believe they sold out so fast though.
