In other news, I'm totally obsessed with Iron Fist shoes and I want all of them. Embroidered Day of the Dead Skulls. Fingerprint pattern. Skulls, flowers, summery. Completely impractical but amazing.

Oh, I like all of those! I need to go shopping in the states very soon - is there a particular store that carries them?

So, I hate to burst your bubbles ladies, but... In other news, I'm totally obsessed with Iron Fist shoes and I want all of them. Embroidered Day of the Dead Skulls. Yes, but not practical for Sasquatch. J-Dawg: Fuck no. Fingerprint pattern. J-Dawg: Hell no. Skulls, flowers, summery. J-Dawg: Maybe. But be careful and make sure they're stomp-resistant if you're inside the barrier. J-Dawg: Fuck No. Edit: Above was assuming you would wear them at Sasquatch. If for other use, disregard my ratings.

Don't tell me you hate those accessories, too!? The only piercing I have isn't in my ear, so that limits things.

I brought many of the same items last year and they made me feel like a million bucks. I don't mind being dirty through the weekend (it is a festival after all), but I have to say that washing my face and hair next to the tent in the morning and then drying off with the sun and fresh air felt INCREDIBLE.

That is a great list, romie. I can't emphasize the importance of those babywipes. All I'll say is there's something so luxurious about having those handy in an otherwise not-so luxurious bathroom setting. I stocked up at the travel-size toilitries section of Target and grabbed cottenelle bathroom wipes. It was the best $3 I could've spent for the festival. So, I am SO CLOSE to paying off my Gap credit card, but it looks like I may have splurge for this summer. I know I've mentioned the store Athleta on the board before (they're owned by Gap). They've got some super-cute dresses that look like they're perfectly made with festivals in mind. These dresses are sweat-proof and some are made out of the same material as bathing suits. I'm REALLLLLY thinking about a few that are on sale. There's this one: its only $29.99. I really like the bright green color. Or this one: This one's $35, which is still a fantastic deal, considering these dresses retail for about $80. I like this blue, but I was also considering this poop brown color too. I'm thinking it would look good against my pasty-pale skin and red hair. Perhaps too fall-ish, though? I'm also trying to find a cute pair of comfy sandals. Any ideas?
