Cool story Empty. I read that right before I went out last night, so I was bragging up your story to a couple friends.

I saw Deadmau5 on a plane once. When I approached him in the terminal when we got off, he pretended not to hear me and walked away. Dude might be one of the palest people I have ever seen.

I don't know if they have those stores in the US, but it's a really shitty chain of athletic shoe stores. It was the weirdest damn thing.

I never considered that they might have foot lockers in Canada, but yeah, we have them here.

The difference between Foot Locker in Canada and Foot Lock in U.S. America is that Deadmau5 does in-store performances at Foot Locker in Canada.
God I love U.S. America.

The price of tickets for the Kanye West and Jay z show at the Tacoma Dome is just fucking ridiculous.

As far as I can tell, there are two main benefits to dating a girl who cuts hair: (1) free grooming, and (2) one of her clients is a guy at a local music venue. I wrote that sentence so I would sound like less of a douchebag when I say that I just found out I'm in the VIP guest list for the Weakerthans show in December when they're playing Left and Leaving in its entirety. Fuck yeahhhh.

Blink 182/Rancid/Against Me! next Saturday.
I got my ticket a few months ago at the price of $75 because I'm a sucker for nostalgia (blink), Rancid always put on a good show, and Against Me! might be pretty decent. Anyway, now I learn that "as a thank you to the fans" they're offering up tickets for $20 each for 182 minutes.
You'd think that if you wanted to thank your fans you'd fucking refund the $50 to the people who actually want to go to your show, instead of dropping the price in order to fill up seats.
Shit like this pisses me off SOFA KING much. What a bunch of fucks. If I hadn't paid so much to go to this show I'd throw something at Tom DeLonge.

I WILL NOT GO
to that show because $75 for blink-182 is outfuckingrageous. I was amped to see them when I was 13 with New Found Glory, and again a year later with Green Day. I'd consider going for laughs now. But $75? I think you may have earned yourself a title and it is "HAS TOO MUCH DISPOSABLE INCOME."

I was wondering if Blink-182 would actually be able to fill an amphitheater. I never thought they would also charge that much.

I wasn't going to go originally, but a friend had already bought the tickets and I didn't want to leave him hanging. $75 for Blink, Rancid and Against Me is a bit rich, but at least it's not $100+ for Foster the fucking People, right?

I was wondering if Blink-182 would actually be able to fill an amphitheater. I never thought they would also charge that much. it's at a hockey arena, so 10,000-12,000 tickets depending on the stage setup.
