I think it's a given that Death Cab is probably going to headline a day. They're big enough, and Ben has appeared more times than anyone not named Neko Case, even as a headliner with The Postal Service.
As for your list hancho, I really, really, really don't think Cage The Elephant or Mumford & Sons are going to sub. Mumford (if they are even back) are probably going to play a similar spot that Fleet Foxes occupied in 09 (mid day main stage). I'd be surprised if Cage even played the mainstage tbh, same with beach house and das racist. You also have Wolf Parade too low.
I know I proposed some extremely optimistic lineups, but I'd be very disappointed with that. I think we can do better.

I don't think Death Cab with headline but I'm not ruling it out. What I can say with authority is that Ebay (wuddup) booked Das Racist this year and at the same festival I booked Portugal the man last year so presumably they will play mid-early on the wookie. I would imagine Portugal is worth more than Das Racist (we got a really good last year...) so I would guess that they're playing earlier than portugal (3ish last year on the wookie)

I forgot to mention that aside from headliners, That list was in no particular order. I also kind of went into it with a lowered typical sasquatch year expectations. After giving it thought, I don't think Cage would fit as a sub anymore.. I'm just trying to think of harder acts that would be big enough and fit the vibe to be subs for foo fighters. My further guesses would be Wolfmother, Queens Of the Stone Age and Silversun Pickups

I've seen Silversun 8 times without ever liking one of their songs. Silversun Pickups-->music festivals as Herpes-->Mick Jagger's penis. and you don't stop.

The only way that lineup would be better is if Porcupine Tree or Blackfield was on it

Yeah, but the Kills are big fat nobodies.

I want to believe that line up as much as anybody but it's kind of absurd. It doesn't appear to be in any order (namely Grinderman and PUSA being so low on the lineup, Ghostland being above chemical bros, mudhoney that high?)
edit: even though they suck the kills aren't exactly nobodies

Some of the ordering does seem to be off. But it seems eerily legitimate...and totally awesome.

Actually, the sequencing is what made me take it seriously - the Chem. Bros. are a big deal, but not currently as big a deal as Ghostland. Grinderman and the Presidents have a fan base but not much mainstream appeal. Also a pretty confident list of lower-tier acts that nobody knows anything about.
To me, that looks copy/pasted from something official. Don't be surprised if those are the names they call out on the sixth. I won't be.

Hmm, I guess I see your point. I totally agree about the lesser known bands. That's what made it look real to me. Actually for some reason as soon as I saw it, it just felt right.

What day are they playing? Because some bands made the journey from Primavera last year, so there is a precedent.
