My best friend and I are headed to sasquatch from Missoula, MT.... and we dont want to get a campsite for just two of us (mainly to save money). So if anyone already has a campsite and has extra room or if someone wants to split a campsite with us we would definitely be willing. The more the merrier right? (besides... i promise we'll be bringing a good share of awesome local microbrews to share). P.S. if there is anyone in the missoula area, we might be able to do a rideshare too!

i'm going up with two friends and we're looking to share a campground too. if your offer still stands. (my friends and i are coming from canada and taking greyhound so its a bit impossible to bring some booze but we're willing to split the cost. ) so we're willing if you're willing. meeting up might be a tad difficult but i'm down

I'm definitely down for sharing a camp ground. Right now there is 3 of us confirmed pilling in my car coming from Calgary AB. Could definitely meet up somewhere and cram more in... We already have the 3 day pass purchased, let me know if anyone is interested.

We're coming from Vancouver, BC. If anyone is swinging by vancouver on their way to the border it'd be great if we could hitch a ride. Or, if vancouver's too tricky, is anyone heading to seattle or willing to stop by the greyhound station at Quincy? cuz we were planning on taking the greyhound anyway Would pay our share of the gas money. PS. definitely interested in sharing a campsite There's only three of us and we don't take up a lot of space

I've got a site at wildhorse campgrounds I'm willing to share. I'm going alone since all my friends backed out. if you have a tent or something I'll let you stay free if I can have a corner

aaronlane; i am indeed driving. we're coming from toronto and just crazy enough to think that we can pull this off . we were considering flying to vancouver, but i really wanted to avoid having to fly AND rent a car. so i figured that if we're gonna have to either way, might as well just drive the whole trip and make an awesome adventure out of it.

here's hoping! we might end up flying after all if we can't find another person or two. would be an expensive journey for just the two of us.

eleanorh - If you do fly I would recomend having a look at flights from Buffalo. My friends and I booked return flights with only one short stopover each way for $240 return taxes in to Portland (Seattle was about the same but we wanted to see a different city this year. Between 1/2 and 2/3 of the price of Toronto to Vancouver

36 hours according to google maps. we're giving ourselves about.. hmm like 60ish hours i feel if all goes as planned. hoping to leave around 6pm wednesday night, so we'll have sometime to see random sites along the way and whatnot. all depends whether we find another body to make the trek. that would likely cause us to make a detour, but then i won't be the only one driving and we won't have to stop for a full night's sleep

I've never been to the gorge before, and I'm barely going to be able to scrap up enough for tickets. Poor college student here.. I'll be home in May in the Seattle area. I'm going for my love of Animal Collective/Yeah Yeah Yeahs, but there are a lot of bands/comedians I want to see on the other days. Do most people ride down there then just stay at a campsite? I need to be here so bad, but I have no one to go with. Sort of a bummer. Anyone who wants to help me out should give me an e-mail. I need transportation *and* camping/lodging/whatever. Still working on finding friends that want to come with (if they don't I'd consider going alone though).

Do they enforce the four people per car policy? If you're not in a car, can you just walk into the campgrounds to meet friends and camp with them? First time going to Sasquatch, so any info is appreciated. Me and 3 friends have a camping pass and car, but if anyone wants to come camp with us, you're welcome to. The more the merrier.
