If Mr. Byrne plays This Must Be The Place, as normie as it is, or say he reaches back into his catalog and pulls out Like Humans Do I’m retiring from Sasquatch. I may not have been a fan of his for very long, but I just really love how summery those songs sound. However the setlist ends up, it will be Once In A Lifetime. I mean I can appreciate how it sounds like LCD before LCD, but like if I could get some more Talking Heads that’d be great.

I'm disappointed that This Must Be the Place isn't listed on the post poll because the Gorge is the place.

Here's a cool little video with Annie and David talking about the choreography that goes into a show. A little nip of what we can expect. and the real show - nice mellow song.

Has it been speculated if John Goodman will show up to reenact his scenes from True Stories?

I was 100% going to ask somewhere if we thought David Byrne would play TH songs not gonna lie guys He hasn't toured solo in years so it's hard to get an idea of how many Talking Heads songs he'll be playing at Sasquatch but the good news is that Bryne has confirmed that he'll be performing some songs "everyone knows" and he'll have a bunch of tour dates (some at festivals) before Sasquatch so we'll have a good idea soon of what his setlist will look like

Remain In Light is kind of blowing my sleep deprived mind right now. Like I’ve listened to this record enough to have given it a proper chance but I feel like I’ve never heard it before. It’s really fucking good, guys.

American Utopia's origins began with tracks from Brian Eno and it grew and morphed from there, bringing in other collaborators and musicians, including producer Rodaidh McDonald (The xx, King Krule, Adele), producer Patrick Dillett (Nile Rogers, Sufjan Stevens,) drummer Joey Waronker (Atoms for Peace, Beck), Isaiah Barr on sax (Onyx Collective) Thomas Bartlett (aka Doveman) on mellotron, Daniel Lopatin (Oneohtrix Point Never) on keys and electronics, singer and pianist Sampha and Brian Eno on keys, brass, whistling, robot rhythm guitar and more. The list of contributors is actually longer than this. But, suffice it to say, that inspiration for this record came from an awful lot of talent. The music is intense, it's playful and quite memorable.
Brian Eno probably isn't touring with DB, right?
